★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo, estamos a mais de três meses solicitando uma reforma e nada, além disso o código de barras do boleto está com problemas e a empresa simplesmente resolveu ficar em recesso sabendo que tem inquilinos que pagam o aluguel na instituição por irresponsabilidade dos mesmos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uma imobiliária que eu não indico a ninguém ilusão foi a minha de ter acreditado no serviço sem antes pesquisar a corretora é ótima.. Porém a imobiliária deixa a desejar já na questão de transferência do aluguel para o proprietário onde já se viu demorar 5 dias úteis para cair na conta e tem falta de transparência esquecem de vc se o inquilino não paga é vc que corre atrás... cadê a imobiliária para fazer issu é fora outras coisas não contratem os serviços deles tem imobiliarias melhores e que atendem melhor em todas as questões fica a dica.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo ,estou a dois meses tentando contato para resolver um problema da casa e ninguém se quer me dá uma atenção ,aluguei uma casa que chove em praticamente em todos os cômodos ,e a única coisa que a imobiliária sabe fazer é cobrar o aluguel ,não tem capacidade nem de responder minhas mensagens ,ligações , nada só sabem se fazer de desentendidos ,pior experiência da minha vida ...meus móveis estão se acabando de tanta água que chove dentro da casa ,e detalhe não é uma casa ruim e o aluguel não é barato ,mas me alugaram uma ilusão ,na hora de alugar a casa são super rápidos em tudo ,mas na hora de resolver o primeiro problema a atenção é zero .Péssimos !!!
