★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vários problemas. Parece uma imobiliária que parou na década de 1980. Não tem um site decente apresentando os imóveis, não atende por whatsapp ou e-mail. Tentei contato mais de 10 vezes em uma sexta e depois fui informado que estavam almoçando. Não sabia o horário de atendimento de sábado e nem se estaria aberta em um sábado de feriado, fui obrigado a ir até ao local e dar de cara com a porta. Para agendar uma visita não possui horários flexíveis, tive que me desdobrar para ver 2 casas. Totalmente inflexíveis em questões burocráticas, só aceitam documentação se apresentadas presencialmente, isso em plena pandêmia. Possuem várias casas com exclusividade, se tivesse concorrência nessas casas, certeza que perderiam para qualquer outra imobiliária.
Various problems. It looks like a real estate company that stopped in the 1980s. It doesn't have a decent website showing real estate, it doesn't answer by whatsapp or e-mail. I tried contacting more than 10 times on a Friday and then I was told they were having lunch. I didn't know Saturday's opening hours and I didn't even know if it would be open on a holiday Saturday, I was forced to go to the place and bump into the door. To schedule a visit does not have flexible hours, I had to spread out to see 2 houses. Totally inflexible in bureaucratic issues, they only accept documentation if presented in person, this in full pandemic. They have several houses with exclusivity, if they had competition in these houses, I'm sure they would lose to any other real estate company.
