★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Primeiramente irei falar de como foi a venda do carro. Comprei o carro dia 29/12/2020, o atendimento é bom, porém tem que fazer uma análise muito crítica dos carros. O atendimento pós venda é muito ruim, em menos de 1 mês tive dois problemas com o carro, o primeiro teve que trocar os amortecedores fiquei 2 dias sem o carro, o segundo foi um barulho na caixa de marcha que está na oficina e vou ficar mais 3 dias sem o carro.
As oficinas que eles mandam para arrumar são muito cheias e o concerto demora muito mais do que o esperado.
Além disso pedi dois documentos de direito meu, histórico que comprova as revisões feitas, e a nota das peças que foram trocadas no meu veículo na primeira vez que mandei para a oficina, demoraram quase um mês para me enviar o histórico e até hj não me enviaram a nota fiscal das peças trocadas.
Obs: Ao me mandarem o histórico de revisão do carro vi que o óleo trocado nas revisões não é o correto para o veículo. Antes de comprar olhem as revisões feitas.
Eu não recomendaria está loja, estava em busca de um carro com preço mais acessível e com km baixo pois os veículos aumentaram muito de preço e acabei encontrando nessa loja, porém nesse caso o barato está ficando caro.
First I will talk about how the car was sold. I bought the car on 12/29/2020, the service is good, but you have to do a very critical analysis of the cars. The after-sales service is very bad, in less than 1 month I had two problems with the car, the first had to change the shock absorbers, I had 2 days without the car, the second was a noise in the gearbox that is in the workshop and I will stay 3 more days without the car.
The workshops they send out are very full and the concert takes much longer than expected.
In addition, I asked for two documents under my law, a history that proves the revisions made, and the note of the parts that were changed in my vehicle the first time I sent them to the workshop, it took almost a month to send me the history and even today I didn't sent the invoice for the exchanged parts.
Note: When sending me the car revision history I saw that the oil changed in the revisions is not the correct one for the vehicle. Before buying look at the reviews made.
I would not recommend this store, I was looking for a car with a more affordable price and with low km because the vehicles increased a lot in price and I ended up finding it in this store, but in this case the cheap is getting expensive.
