Fiquei muito satisfeito com a qualidade e aparência de todos os móveis adquiridos. Dentre as lojas que pesquisei, a Biblos ainda foi a que apresentou o melhor valor total (preço e condições de financiamento).
 I was served by Josie, who developed a very functional project within my budget. The delivery time and assembly of the furniture occurred on schedule. I was very pleased with the quality and appearance of all purchased furniture. Among the stores I researched, Biblos still presented the best total value (price and financing conditions).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pós venda péssimo, "cumprem" o prazo, porém deixam para envio e o agendamentos para o último dia contratado. Por conta disso, perderam oportunidade de venda futura comigo.
Terrible after-sales service, they "meet" the deadline, but leave it for shipping and scheduling for the last day hired. Because of this, they missed future sales opportunities with me.

Desde o início, fomos atendidos pela Karen que mostrou-se extremamente atenciosa conosco. É uma pessoa super carismática e atenciosa com os clientes.
Não tínhamos ainda muitas ideias do projeto e ela foi incrível em cada detalhe. Extremamente conhecedora do assunto, foi capaz de trazer ideias e soluções geniais.
Quanto a montagem, o Adriano e sua equipe também estão de parabéns, executaram o serviço com muita habilidade e perfeição. Só temos a agradecer a eles.

We are sending this message to thank the excellent work of the professional Karen who works at the Biblos – Lar Center unit and Adriano's assembly team.
From the beginning, we were served by Karen who was extremely attentive to us. He is a super charismatic and attentive person with customers.
We didn't have many project ideas yet and she was amazing in every detail. Extremely knowledgeable on the subject, she was able to come up with brilliant ideas and solutions.
As for the assembly, Adriano and his team are also to be congratulated, they performed the service with great skill and perfection. We just have to thank them.
Unlike many stores out there, Biblos had this differential not only in the quality of the material but in the service, not only concerned with the sale, but with support and customer satisfaction from start to finish. We are demanding customers and we recognize when there is quality in services and material.
Their excellent work helped to result in a beautiful apartment with quality Byblos furniture! We are really very satisfied and sure that in the next property we will look for Biblos and we hope, who knows, to be attended again by Karen and Adriano/team.
