★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima! Compramos uma mesa de madeira com revestimento em vidro. Já lascou o vidro 3x sem ninguém usando. A loja se nega a oferecer reparo, já tentamos consertar PAGANDO as outras vezes. Agora estou com esse prejuízo! Não recomendo

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Boa tarde, na primeira entrega do meu sofá veio duas partes iguais, na segunda entrega o sofá está com muita cheiro de mofo, insuportável.
A avaliação da responsável só pode acontecer daqui a 4 dias , não estou com um rasgo nem mancha, é mofo insuportável o cheiro e tenho que esperar 4 dias, com perigo de saúde pois está insuportável o cheiro, não quero um sofá novo que precisa lavar ou por no Sol, estou muito triste com a falta de carinho da pessoa que me atendeu e nem se identificou, mais novidades vou postando.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um sofá fine, na loja do Lar Center, na primeira entrega o sofá veio molhado e enferrujado não aceitei.
Na segunda entrega foi identificado até pelos próprios entregadores que havia uma cola preta em todo sofá, finalmente na última entrega dia 20/11/21 não veio enferrujado nem com cola, mas como o sofá é de linho veio uma parte do tecido repuxado, entrei em contato com o SAC e com a gerente da loja enviei as fotos e o SAc me informou que iria verificar e entrava em contato.
Hoje 22/11/21 a gerente da loja entrou em contato comigo informando que a diretoria me deu duas opções ou eu ficava com o sofá no estado que está ou cancelava a compra.
Em seguida o Samir que se disse proprietário da Rarus me ligou gritando falando que eu estava fazendo uma palhaçada e que era assim que tinha que me tratar mesmo que se eu quisesse que comprasse em outro lugar.
Enfim muito insatisfeita e chocada com toda essa situação.
Até o momento do pagamento tudo lindo e maravilhoso depois que recebe o produto ou cancelo ou aceito no estado que está, resumo é uma roleta russa .

Then Samir, who claimed to be the owner of Rarus, called me screaming saying that I was clowning and that that was how he had to treat me, even if I wanted me to shop elsewhere.
Anyway, very dissatisfied and shocked by this whole situation.
Until the time of payment, everything is beautiful and wonderful after you receive the product or cancel or accept it in its current state, in short, it is Russian roulette.
