★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Primeira vez que fui, me atenderam muito bem, mas este mês minha esposa levou a bike para revisão geral , instalar pezinho e limpeza, disseram que o valor total era 180, ela perguntou se algo mais por conta de pneus e disseram que era valor total. Ao retirar cobraram mais 35 de cámara nova e não entregaram, nem instalaram o pezinho. Quanto aso valores tudo bem. Quando perguntou novamente, informaram que faltou uma peça e jogaram fora, sem ao menos nos perguntar primeiro. Nota: Já havia instalado o mesmo pezinho antes, mas por não ter as ferramentas apropriadas não consegui fixar com a pressão correta e retirei para não perder. Deveriam ter entregue a peça mesmo sem instalar.

Upon withdrawing, they charged 35 more for a new camera and did not deliver or install the foot. As for the values, everything is fine. When asked again, they reported that a piece was missing and threw it away, without even asking us first. Note: I had already installed the same foot before, but because I didn't have the right tools, I couldn't fix it with the correct pressure and I removed it so as not to lose it. They should have delivered the part even without installing it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui a bicicletaria hoje de emergência porque quebrou o quidão da bicicleta e precisaria trocar o parafuso. Levei o parafuso e ele me falou que tinha, ele pegou o meu e comparou e tentou colocar e não entrou, mesmo assim ela falou que servia. Na correria peguei o produto e quando fui montar não serviu, pois a peça que ele me mandou era maior e a rosca do parafuso diferente. Retornei a bicicletaria e perguntei se ela podia trocar e ele disse que não tinha o parafuso que eu precisava. Pedi o dinheiro de volta e ele falou que eu espanei o parafuso, não discuti e voltei pra casa com o prejuízo de 15,00.
Fica aqui a minha indignação pela falta de profissionalismo em me vender um produto que ele falou que servia, afinal eu sou o leigo e ele o profissional. 15,00 suados que ele levou de mim por uma venda falsa achando que eu não voltaria.
Comento aqui também que em plena pandemia o senhor de idade que me atendeu não estava usando máscara, desta forma já diz muito sobre a pessoa.
Espero realmente que o universo faça ele ter um prejuízo tão grande quanto o meu, não foi justo.

In the rush I grabbed the product and when I went to assemble it, it didn't fit, because the part he sent me was bigger and the screw thread was different. I returned to the bike shop and asked if it could be changed and he said he didn't have the screw I needed. I asked for the money back and he said that I dusted off the screw, didn't argue and went back home with a loss of 15.00.
Here is my indignation at the lack of professionalism in selling me a product that he said would serve, after all I am the layman and he is the professional. 15.00 sweat he took from me for a fake sale thinking I wouldn't come back.
I also comment here that in the middle of the pandemic the elderly man who attended me was not wearing a mask, so it says a lot about the person.
I really hope the universe makes him suffer as much damage as mine, it wasn't fair.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Algumas peças que vc compra com eles tem o dobro de valor no mercado minha experiência com eles não foi muito boa isso porque fui buscar peças e não estarei com eles depois que fechei a compra fui ver os valores e no mercado a fora e vi que pelo o valor que me cobraram teria que ser peças com qualidade melhor não recomendo
