★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo,levei a bicicleta para trocar o pneu traseiro,e acabei trocando a catraca ,a corrente e também o freio,fiquei esperando ,e quando me entregaram a bike,estava toda desregulada a roda torta e as marchas todas erradas,e os freios com a pastilhas toda desalinhada levaram de volta para arrumar e quando me entregaram ,tinham quebrado meu trocador de marcha, e disseram que já estava quebrado,por fim tive que colar com superbonder e as marchas paguei 20 reais para regular em outro lugar,não recomendo a ninguém esse lugar.
Lousy service, I took the bike to change the rear tire, and ended up changing the ratchet, the chain and also the brake, I was waiting, and when the bike was handed to me, the crooked wheel and the gears were all unregulated, and the brakes with the pads all misaligned they took it back to tidy up and when they handed it to me, they had broken my gear changer, and said it was already broken, finally I had to glue it with superbonder and the gears I paid 20 reais to regulate elsewhere, I do not recommend this place to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cheguei na loja ontem por volta das 18h para ver as bicicletas, um atendimento péssimo, a pessoa nem se mecheu para me atender, o Papinho com as menininhas estava melhor do que vender, do jeito que entrei eu saí e para nunca mais voltar. Não indico para ninguém.
I arrived at the store yesterday around 18:00 to see the bikes, the service was terrible, the person didn't even move to meet me, the Papinho with the little girls was better than selling, the way I got in I left and never come back. I don't recommend it to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deixei minha bike por duas semanas la, paguei a revisão completa (R$200), a bike veio do mesmo jeito, que eu deixei, não mudou nada, nada lubrificado, nada revisionado, falou que iria fazer limpeza, e nada foi feito! Decepcionado!
I left my bike there for two weeks, I paid for the complete overhaul (R$200), the bike came the same way, I left it, nothing changed, nothing lubricated, nothing overhauled, they said they would clean it, and nothing was done! Disappointed!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Precisava que apertasse um parafuso, a menina que estava no balcão até tentou ajudar porém o mecânico foi muito desumilde, nem deu uma atenção. Serviço que se resolvia em 10 segundos no máximo.. Levei na bike manya do baixinho que sempre está disposto a ajudar, apertou e ainda jogou um wd no pedivela, pezinho e pedais.

Comprei uma bicicleta de presente de Natal para meu filho de 5 anos. Na noite de Natal fui fazer a entrega a bicicleta estava com o pneu traseiro furado. No primeiro dia útil após o Natal, entrei em contato com eles. Aonde me falaram que a câmera de ar. ( Que veio da loja furada) essa não entrava na garantia, e que eu devia comprar uma outra.
Nothing satisfactory, especially after sales.
I bought a bicycle as a Christmas present for my 5-year-old son. On Christmas night I went to make the delivery, the bike had a flat rear tire. The first business day after Christmas, I got in touch with them. Where they told me the air camera. (That came from the holed store) this one did not come under warranty, and that I should buy another one.
