De todo modo, os problemas foram resolvidos e a loja se colocou à disposição. A peça faltante foi fornecida e estou satisfeito com o atendimento tanto da loja quanto da fabricante.
I bought a new bike at the store in April 2021. It was delivered with the wheels misaligned. Also, a part of the rear derailleur cable was missing. Anyway, the problems were solved and the store made itself available. The missing part was supplied and I am satisfied with the service from both the store and the manufacturer.
