High level bike shop. Best brands in the world. I didn't buy a Specialized, but Mr. Marcelo attends to me as if I buy one every day, in fact he attends to anyone in a special way. He's the best part of that store. One day I buy a Specialized just for Mr. Marcelo!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo o local, deixei minha bike lá segunda-feira para uma revisão de rotina, disseram que me passariam um orçamento no mesmo dia, quarta-feira fui buscar minha bike pois não haviam nem me passado um orçamento ainda. Alem disso quando fui deixar minha bike vi um pedal por 549 disse para ele que quando fosse buscar a bike compraria o pedal e a sapatilha, 2 dias depois fui buscar o pedal tava quase 100 reais mais caro, nao teve a mínima atenção, disse que tinha aumentado mesmo e era isso, sem nenhum tato! Perdeu dois possíveis clientes! Péssimo!

Fui para trocar uma maçaneta, mas o mecânico insistiu dizendo que precisava trocar todos os cabos de aço porque estavam enferrujados ( oi, aço não enferruja!!) e os conduites, inclusive do cambio. Falei que queria só a troca da maçaneta quebrada e o proprietário me obrigou a trocar as duas maçanetas, porque ele disse que ninguém vende separadas ( mentira), é como os sapatos disse e acrescentou os cabos de aço e os conduites dos freios. Detalhes: todos os cabos de aço estavam ótimos. Nunca mais vou lá. Paguei 130 reais onde esperava gastar até 20 para uma troca de maçaneta. Muito frustrante.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A loja é pequenininha, num recuo de calçada que, passando de carro, quase não dá pra perceber.
Isso não torna a loja ruim, pelo contrário, o atendimento é correto, preciso é de acordo com o que você precisa, ou seja, nada de fixar empurrando produtos.
Já conhecia a loja por outras compras que já havia feito e meu retorno a ela só me fez ter certeza que estava no local certo!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Faço manutenção na minha bike há mais de 10 anos em diferentes bicicletarias e está foi a primeira onde Serviço de manutenção geral da bike é cobrado mas o alinhamento de rodas não este incluso nem o ajuste do freio que foi cobrado a parte. Ou seja dá pra ver que o dono quer ser esperto demais no estilo das concessionária de carros. As peças também são caríssimas comparado a outras bike shops
I have been servicing my bike for over 10 years at different bike shops and this was the first one where general bike maintenance service is charged but wheel alignment is not included nor is the brake adjustment that was charged separately. In other words, you can see that the owner wants to be too smart in the style of car dealerships. Parts are also very expensive compared to other bike shops.
