Visualizaram minha mensagem e fui ignorada, quando responderam enviaram a frase todinha em letra maiúscula.Qual imagem que vocês querem passar para os clientes?.Regra básica na comunicação por mensagem,que letra maiúscula é quando a pessoa manda a mensagem gritando.

Service via Whatsapp is terrible, people without education, do not even know if you want to have a good day and respond with kindness. They saw my message and I was ignored, when they answered they sent the whole sentence in capital letters. What image do you want to pass on to customers?. Basic rule in communication by message, what a capital letter is when the person sends the message shouting.
