Gostei bastante de todo atendimento, desde a recepção (atenciosa e esclarecedora), até a consulta médica (com Dr Fábio me recebendo e atendendo de maneira incrível).

I recommend Clínica Bios to everyone, there we always find staff very attentive and concerned about our well-being. Professionals acting very seriously, with commitment, responsibility, all with a lot of experience and following all existing protocols. The Clinic is very well located with parking, a reference in its results, always providing us with hope in all treatments, innovative techniques and services offered. Já conhecia a clínica, era paciente da Dra. Elle Regina uma pena que ela não atende pela Humana, Exelence profissional. Recentemente fui atendida pela Dra Ana e fiquei bastante insatisfeita, zero simpatia, praticamente não me deixou falar, cortava minha fala com grosseria. Vi outros comentários aqui com a mesma reclamação, me arrependi de não ter visto as avaliações antes de marcar com ela.
Disappointed!
I already knew the clinic, I was a patient of Dr. Elle Regina, a pity that she does not attend for Humana, Professional Exelence. Recently I was attended by Dr. Ana and I was very dissatisfied, zero sympathy, practically did not let me speak, cut off my speech rudely. I saw other comments here with the same complaint, I regret not having seen the reviews before booking with her.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento é horrível das atendentes, mandei uma mensagem pelo whats não informam valores de procedimentos, o engraçado é que já estou com 3 orçamentos diferentes de clinicas que não são aqui de natal e deles não consegui , e a atendente ainda me informou o nome dela com um tom de deboche CLOTILDE. Já fui operada pelo dr Fábio e sempre fui mal atendida na clinica horas de espera e atendentes super mal educadas.
The service is horrible from the attendants, I sent a message through whats they do not inform procedure values, the funny thing is that I already have 3 different budgets for clinics that are not here for Christmas and I couldn't get them, and the attendant even informed me her name with a debauched tone CLOTILDE. I've been operated on by Dr Fábio and I have always been poorly attended to in the clinic, waiting hours and super rude attendants.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recepcionistas totalmente incapacitadas. Falei tanto por telefone quanto por wa, perguntei se determinada médica atendia meu plano e marquei a consulta. Mudei toda a logística do meu dia para ir ao atendimento, e quando cheguei na recepção para ser atendida, informaram que meu plano não era aceito! Acho que é o mínimo, saber quais convênios os médicos atendem para não passarem informações erradas e causar chateação ao paciente. Sem contar que a recepcionista que me atendeu era super confusa ao fazer meu cadastro. Muito decepcionante!
Totally incapacitated receptionists. I spoke both by phone and by wa, asked if a certain doctor met my plan, and made an appointment. I changed all the logistics of my day to go to the service, and when I arrived at the reception to be assisted, they informed me that my plan was not accepted! I think it's the minimum, knowing which health insurance the doctors attend so as not to pass on wrong information and cause annoyance to the patient. Not to mention that the receptionist who attended me was super confused when making my registration. Very disappointing!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PÉSSIMO ATENDIMENTO! Médica foi embora antes do horário previsto pras consultas terminarem, não avisam e a pessoa perde o tempo indo lá. Qual a necessidade de pedir o meu número se não se dão ao trabalho de entrar em contato? Não volto mais nesse local.
TERRIBLE ATTENDANCE! The doctor left before the scheduled time for the consultations to end, they don't notify and the person wastes time going there. Why do you need to ask for my number if you don't bother to get in touch? I will not return to this place.

Sou atendida por ele tanto na Bios, como também na rede da Mulher pela Unimed.
Recomendo fortemente o profissional, como também a clínica. Nunca tive problemas.
Atualmente deixaram de realizar o exame de ultrassonografia, mas isso não significa que a clínica deixou a desejar, pode ser apenas algum tipo de adequação.
Já sou paciente do Dr. Haroldo tem vários anos, simplesmente o melhor ginecologista. Tira todas as minhas dúvidas, super profissional, ético e muito educado.
