Minha médica há 9 anos é Dra Ana Lígia Medeiros e é uma ÓTIMA profissional, de fato ela nasceu para o ofício porque mesmo estando vindo de plantões , com filhos gêmeos e pequenos, estando gestante e tendo os problemas pessoais, ela é sempre serena e MUITO atenciosa com todas as pacientes. PARABÉNS a toda a equipe.
Great attendants, small but very pleasant environment. My doctor for 9 years is Dr. Ana Lígia Medeiros and is a GREAT professional, in fact she was born for the job because even though she is on duty, with twin and small children, being pregnant and having personal problems, she is always serene and VERY attentive to all the patients. Congratulations to the entire team.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou dando apenas 2 estrelinhas porquê eu morro de liga e não atende só chama, agora eu ligo as 9h pra mais de 10 chamada, 12h do msm jeito e as 15h também só chama! Isso é um absurdo.
I'm only giving 2 stars because I die to death and don't just answer calls, now I call at 9:00 for more than 10 calls, 12:00 anyway and at 15:00 also just calls! This is nonsense.

Desmarcaram consulta; entraram em contato comigo fora do horário comercial; não me confirmaram o novo dia da consulta, mesmo eu tendo entrado em contato duas vezes; foram me confirmar às 14hs do dia da consulta, que era às 18hs. A atendente não responde o WhatsApp sequer para dizer se a médica está atrasada. Cheguei pontualmente e tinham mais duas pessoas na minha frente. De fora da sala dá pra ouvir o que se fala dentro do consultório… Enfim, organizem sua agenda e tenham atenção com seus clientes. O prédio da clínica também faz cadastro desconhecimento facial SEM AVISO PRÉVIO OU AUTORIZAÇÃO DOS USUÁRIOS.
Terrible! They canceled an appointment; contacted me outside business hours; they didn't confirm the new day of the appointment, even though I got in touch twice; they confirmed me at 2 pm on the day of the consultation, which was at 6 pm. The attendant does not even answer WhatsApp to say if the doctor is late. I arrived on time and there were two more people in front of me. From outside the room, you can hear what is being said inside the office... Anyway, organize your schedule and pay attention to your clients. The clinic building also registers facial ignorance WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE OR AUTHORIZATION FROM USERS.
