★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A médica é boa. No entanto a gestão da clínica e as cobranças indevidas não são muito legais para os pacientes.
Cobram para realizar retornos- mesmo sabendo que isso não pode ser feito.
Cobram para fazer a 2ª requisição de um exame.
Cobram por tudo.
O paciente é só mais um. É um número.
The doctor is good. However, clinic management and improper charges are not very legal for patients.
They charge to make returns- even knowing that it cannot be done.
They charge to make the 2nd request for an exam.
They charge for everything.
The patient is just one more. It's a number.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento da médica é excelente, porém a ESPEREI 6 HORAS para ser atendida!!! Algo totalmente desrespeitoso, pois todos os outros compromissos que tinha foram cancelados, por tamanho atraso.
Além de toda burocracia para exame de rotina.
Senão fossem esses motivos voltaria com certeza, visto que, é uma médica ótima, entretanto, a gestão do consultório deixa a desejar.

Хороший врач при осмотре должен так же делать осмотр груди, при том что пациент указал об возможной мастопатия, но врач проигнорировала, может была трудность в переводе, так как я иностранка. Но все же в женском здоровье грудь очень важна, и опытный врач всегда сделает осмотр груди. Ставлю 2 бала только ради девушки на ресепшене она отзывчивая и хорошая за врача 1 бал. Очень дорого осмотр 200, консультация 200 будьте готовы потратить 400.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Simone atendeu bem, apesar de não explicar muitas coisas, um ponto positivo é que ela passou vários exames, mas fiz um preventivo e tive que perguntar se estava tudo certo porque ela não fez uma análise... Fiquei meio perdida, meu exame apontou uma infecção. No dia da consulta ela tinha me passado um medicamento para outro sintoma, tive que perguntar se o mesmo serviria para infecção, pois a mesma não se manifestou. O atendimento das recepcionistas deixa a desejar. Mas tirando isso, a estrutura é muito boa e principalmente em relação ao Covid - 19, pois segue todas as normas de prevenção contra doença.
Dr. Simone attended well, despite not explaining many things, a good thing is that she passed several exams, but I did a preventive and I had to ask if everything was right because she did not do an analysis ... I was a little lost, my exam pointed out an infection. On the day of the consultation she had given me a medication for another symptom, I had to ask if it would be used for infection, as it did not manifest itself. The attendance of the receptionists leaves something to be desired. But apart from that, the structure is very good and especially in relation to Covid - 19, as it follows all the rules for preventing disease.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A clínica no geral e a médica são excepcionais. Fui tratada super bem, o atendimento da médica Dra. Simone é ótimo, sempre com muito cuidado em cada detalhe e MUITO prestativa. Simplesmente espetacular!!
Nesse momento de pandemia, a clínica teve as precauções e respeitou as orientações para combater o covid. Não tinha aglomerações, tudo muito organizado e sempre pensando na saúde das pacientes!
