★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A médica é excelente!!! Porém a sala de espera da clínica deixou a desejar nessa época de pandemia. Apesar das cadeiras estarem marcadas, a recepção estava muito lotada e haviam muitas pessoas em pé aguardando atendimento.
The doctor is excellent !!! However, the clinic's waiting room left something to be desired in this pandemic era. Despite the chairs being marked, the reception was very crowded and there were many people standing waiting for assistance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento ótimo ATÉ você informar que vai dar continuidade com o plano de saúde. Médica não usa NENHUMA anotação, cheguei lá e ela me pediu para informar tudo novamente pois não lembrava de nada o que tinha me pedido. Fiz uma ultra e retornei a falar com a médica, ela não pediu NENHUM retorno (coisa que deve existir pelo menos uma vez no mês no pré-natal). Tive que recorrer a outros profissionais.
Great service UNTIL you inform that you are going to continue with the health plan. Doctor doesn't use ANY notes, I got there and she asked me to report everything again because she didn't remember anything she asked me to. I did an ultrasound and went back to talk to the doctor, she didn't ask for ANY return (something that must exist at least once a month in prenatal care). I had to resort to other professionals.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Médica é ótima, MAS a atendente é o pior serviço que já vi, o telefone que está no site não atende, entrei na clínica ligando e mesmo assim a atendente não pegava o telefone.
Doctor is great, BUT the attendant is the worst service I've ever seen, the phone on the website doesn't answer, I entered the clinic calling and even then the attendant didn't pick up the phone.
