★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo serviço e atendimento, consegui contato apenas pra instalar e pra pagar segunda via do boleto, qualquer reclamação ou necessidade de ajuda vc fica na espera tanto no ZAP qto no telefone, e espera eterna pois não atendem, nem cancelar consigo. Fujam desse serviço horrível

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, no inicio a internet era bem estável e com ping ótimo até começar a dar problema graças a chuvas e fios comprometidos, a empresa não faz um esforço pra dar satisfação ao consumidor e demora quase 8h para responder e quando respondem não tentam resolver o problema, chegou ao ponto de ficar 20 dias sem internet sem resolverem nada, não caiam nessa cilada.
