A qualidade do sinal é razoável, o atendimento é eficiente e cordial, mas perdeu uma estrela pelo vil assédio praticado por e-mail para lembrar os clientes sobre o pagamento das faturas. A nossa está em débito automático desde o primeiro mês...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Odiei uma borocracia pra fazer um cadastro vc tem q se desloca até a loja, não tem um atendimento whatsapp pra fechar a estalação vc tem q deixa trabalho pra ir até a loja não faz estalação dia de sábado, não gostei .
I hated a chore to register you have to go to the store, you don't have a whatsapp service to close the inn you have to leave work to go to the store you don't do inn on Saturdays, I didn't like it.

Não tem atendimento, sábado cheguei em casa ainda sem Internet, o atendimento era só até às 14h, domingo diz que não abre. Ou seja, o fim de semana inteiro sem Internet e eles não tem nenhum atendimento para que vc possa reclamar nesses dias.
It worked very well, but I had the misfortune to have no Internet on Friday night. There is no service, Saturday I got home without Internet, the service was only until 2 pm, Sunday says it doesn't open. That is, the entire weekend without Internet and they have no service so you can complain on those days.
