★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Liguei procurando uma peça de marca específica disseram que tinha, me deram o preço da peça, fui na loja pra comprar mas não tinha, e quando falei da ligação disseram q eu liguei pra alguma outra loja, como já estava lá pedi uma lâmpada Branca me venderam uma amarela. Não volto e não indico

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ótimo atendimento pra vender as máquinas pessoas atenciosas.Comprei a minha máquina faz 5 meses e na semana que completou 5 meses deu problema liguei pra la pedindo q um técnico viesse ver o problema me perguntaram se era particular ou garantia desde q eu disse q era garantia estão me enrolando disseram q em 5 dias o técnico viria e nada se eu não ligo pra saber ninguém entra em contato ja se passaram mais de uma semana e nada,quando ligo ficam dizendo q vem na parte da tarde e ainda escutei alguém no fundo dizendo q eu estava enchendo o saco ja estou na metade da tarde e nada não recomendo pra ninguém esse suporte acho q dão mais importância pra quem esta pagando,muito decepcionada.
Great service to sell the machines people attentive. I bought my machine 5 months ago and in the week that completed 5 months I had a problem I called her asking a technician to come see the problem I was asked if it was private or warranty since I said it was warranty they are fooling me they said that in 5 days the technician would come and nothing if I don’t care to know no one gets in touch it’s been more than a week and nothing, when I call they keep saying q comes in the afternoon and I still heard someone in the background saying q i was pissing off i'm already in the middle of the afternoon and nothing i don't recommend to anyone this support i think q give more importance to whoever is paying, very disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento na recepção, para avaliação de serviços, fiquei na loja mais de 40 minutos para poder ser muito mal atendido, sem nenhum interesse em fazer o serviço, péssimo, não recomendo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A princípio tudo muito bom, mas compramos uma máquina nova que logo deu defeito, daí começaram nossos problemas, difícil conseguir uma visita técnica, quando se consegue a solução do problema não acontece, dificultam bastante a solução e caso queira devolver o produto defeituosos colocam impecilhos para a devolução. Estou tomando grande prejuízo com a maquina defeituosa a mim vendida e não consigo atendimento técnico urgente, preferem atender novas vendas e não resolver as vendas efetuadas. Me geraram granbdes problemas e prejuízos e não se responsabilizam por seus erros, muita conversa e pouca atitude.
