★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoje dia 31/08/2021, fui até o local para ser atendido, fiquei mais de 30 minutos no local para o primeiro atendimento, o responsável que se identificou como Renan, somente ele atendendo, a outra Caroline pindurada no telefone, após duas reclamações aí sim está largou o telefone e foi dar atendimento . Em fim péssimo atendiy, deveriam colocar mais pessoas e também capacitá-las a dar prioridade ao atendimento, e depois sim fazerem o trabalho interno. Fujam do atendimento no Bronstein Vila Valqueire. Ressalto que tempos atrás era uma referência, ou seja tinha um atendimento de excelência, mas hoje péssimo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O processo de atendimento aos clientes é rápido e eficiente. Os funcionários são educados e atenciosos. Não há um estacionamento específico para os clientes, mas não é muito difícil encontrar uma vaga para estacionar com o auxílio de um guardador nas imediações do estabelecimento. O Bronstein trabalha com vários convênios e achei o trabalho deles bem profissional. Foi uma boa experiência fazer exames neste laboratório.
The customer service process is fast and efficient. Staff are polite and attentive. There is no specific parking for customers, but it is not very difficult to find a parking space with the help of a guard in the vicinity of the establishment. Bronstein works with several agreements and I found their work to be very professional. It was a good experience doing tests in this lab.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cheguei às 7:30h da manhã, 1 hora para ser chamado e atendido no balcão, até aí tudo bem, a gente sabe que demora, autorização do plano, etc... Mas demorar para chamar para tira lê sangue 30 min tem algo errado!!! Bom os responsáveis melhorarem esse atendimento, já fui em um concorrente chamado Lava, após o atendimento no balcão o chamam em 5 minutos, e olha que o laboratório possui muito mais clientes e é muito mais cheio!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Está a cada dia pior, só utilizo ainda pq a comodidade por ser próximo me leva a isso, mas NITIDAMENTE, é a pior das unidades Bronstein. Senha preferencial agendamento on line?!? Chek-in?!?! Ali isso nem parece existir. Atendimento nós guichês é péssimo, já fui até destratada certa vez. Atendimento no moroso, aglomeração... Nossa têm muito o que melhorar... Pelo bem de todos e principalmente dos usuários. Despreparo nítido das atendentes. Não há uma recepção para orientar os usuários.
It's getting worse every day, I only use it because the convenience of being close leads me to this, but CLEARLY, it's the worst of the Bronstein units. Preferred password online scheduling?!? Check-in?!?! That doesn't even seem to exist there. Service at the counters is terrible, I was even abused once. Time-consuming service, overcrowding... Ours have a lot to improve... For the sake of everyone and especially the users. The attendants' clear unpreparedness. There is no reception to guide users.
