â â â â â Todos os funcionĂĄrios da unidade Madureira II foram de extrema paciĂȘncia e cordialidade com meu pai. Eu jĂĄ tinha presenciado o meu pai ser muito mal tratado em uma clĂnica, pois ele estĂĄ debilitado e nĂŁo consegue andar. VocĂȘs nĂŁo tem ideia de como fiquei grata com o respeito com o meu pai. Passei a indicar a PROMED para os amigos.
 All employees of the Madureira II unit were extremely patient and cordial to my father. I had already witnessed my father being treated very badly in a clinic, because he is weak and cannot walk. You have no idea how grateful I was for the respect of my father. I started recommending PROMED to friends.

Atendentes descomprometidas.
Fui para uma consulta marcada e cheguei 30 minutos atrasada pois peguei um engarrafamento absurdo em Madureira.
Rapidamente fui informada pela atendente que a médica havia ido embora. ( Quando somos nós, esperamos por horas).
Pedi para que me fizesse um encaixe e esperei por horas, quando cansei e fui perguntar outra atendente ( muito simpĂĄtica para nĂŁo dizer o contrĂĄrio) me disse que o encaixe sĂł aconteceria se algum paciente faltasse.
Bom... Nas horas que fiquei por la, 3 pessoas saĂram insatisfeitas. E quanto ao encaixe, nunca vi na vida.
Terrible!

I went to an appointment and arrived 30 minutes late because I got an absurd traffic jam in Madureira.
I was quickly informed by the attendant that the doctor had left. (When it's us, we wait for hours).
I asked her to make a fit for me and I waited for hours, when I got tired and went to ask another attendant (very nice not to say the opposite) she told me that the fit would only happen if any patient was absent.
Well... In the hours I was there, 3 people left unsatisfied. And as for the fit, I've never seen it in my life.

â â â â â Quero mostrar minha total insatisfação com essa clĂnica, a começar com suas funcionĂĄrias da recepção, que tratam com total ignorĂąncia os pacientes.
Com relação a pontualidade, fui pra fazer um exame que estava marcado para 10:15 e sĂł fui atendida jĂĄ se passava do meio dia,e a Ășnica explicação que me deram era que o mĂ©dico havia se atrasado,porĂ©m se eu chegasse atrasada 5 min eu nĂŁo poderia ser atendida.
Perdi um beneficio na empresa em que trabalho por excedido o tempo fora da empresa, lembrando que cheguei pra minha consulta Ă s 9:50 da manhĂŁ.
Pelo que vi aqui nĂŁo sou a Ășnica a reclamar tĂĄ na hora da dona promed tomar uma decisĂŁo pois hoje quem saiu prejudicada foi eu,nĂŁo foi a secretĂĄria ignorante nem o mĂ©dico atrasado. Pretendo nĂŁo.voltar mais a essa unidade e nĂŁo irei recomendar a ninguĂ©m
I want to show my total dissatisfaction with this clinic, starting with its reception staff, who treat patients with total ignorance.
Regarding punctuality, I went to take an exam that was scheduled for 10:15 and I was only seen after noon, and the only explanation they gave me was that the doctor was late, but if I arrived 5 min late I couldn't be answered.
I lost a benefit at the company I work for because I spent time outside the company, remembering that I arrived for my appointment at 9:50 am.
From what I saw here, I'm not the only one to complain, it's time for the owner to make a decision because today I was the one who was harmed, it wasn't the ignorant secretary or the late doctor. I intend not to return to this unit any more and I will not recommend it to anyone

â â â â â PĂ©ssimo, pois nĂŁo cumprem com horĂĄrio, chegamos cedo ,para fazer a ficha, proceder com a autorização do plano, e mesmo assim nĂŁo cumprem como o horĂĄrio marcado para o exame. Tendo outras pessoas passando a frente. Ă uma falta de respeito e consideração com o cliente.

â â â â â O mĂ©dico que atendeu excelente.Entretanto,a espera Ă© muita alta...fui fazer meu exame quase 3 hrs depois do horĂĄrio marcado,pq o mĂ©dico chegou atrasado.As recepcionistas despreparadas para o atendimento ao pĂșblico.
The doctor who attended was excellent. However, the wait is very high... I went for my exam almost 3 hrs after the scheduled time, because the doctor arrived late. The receptionists were unprepared to serve the public.

Tinha perguntado no dia da marcação se precisava remover o piercing,como seria uma ressonùncia pélvica.
Falou que nĂŁo tinha problema.
Depois de mais de 5h sem beber ĂĄgua ,sem almento e ter que me ausentar do trabalho.
Fui informada que nĂŁo tinha como fazer o exame.
Bad experience!!!
