There is never any change, very bad service, you always owe 10 cents to all customers I know it's not a lot of money but if you add it together it will help a lot in the future

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bom atendimento, lanche quentinho, gostoso e bem montado, mas o valor do lanche é mais alto do que em outros locais, pois fui em outra unidade do Burger King em Osasco e lá o lanche foi 12,90, nesse local o lanche custa 14,90, não acho certo pois deveria ser tabelado o preço, pelo menos na teoria é, mas como esta unidade se encontra em um prédio de coworking e está em uma área mais nobre do Bom Retiro, por essa razão o preço é mais alto.
Good service, hot, tasty and well-assembled snack, but the value of the snack is higher than in other places, because I went to another Burger King unit in Osasco and there the snack was 12.90, in this place the snack costs 14 .90, I don't think it's right because the price should be fixed, at least in theory it is, but as this unit is located in a coworking building and is in a nobler area of Bom Retiro, for that reason the price is higher.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Em três ocasiões diferentes, tive um lanche com valor mais alto trocado por um de valor mais baixo. Quando questionados, a resposta é que falta um molho (como se isso não devesse ser informado pros clientes). Mas na verdade, mais que o molho o lanche entregue tem montagem e preço bem diferentes, faltando elementos que o caracterizam e sendo acrescentados outros típicos de um outro lanche. Nas duas primeiras vezes considerei se tratar apenas de um erro. Mas na terceira ficou claro que o lanche que eu curto, o Chicken Crisp Insano, saiu da linha de produção, mas continua sendo anunciado e cobrado.
On three different occasions, I had a higher-priced snack exchanged for a lower-priced one. When questioned, the answer is that a sauce is missing (as if this shouldn't be told to customers). But in fact, more than the sauce, the snack delivered has a very different assembly and price, lacking elements that characterize it and others typical of another snack being added. The first two times I thought it was just a mistake. But in the third it became clear that the snack I like, Chicken Crisp Insano, left the production line, but it continues to be advertised and charged.

It was normal, BK's snack is very good. The cool thing about this store goes inside an empty establishment, so the service is fast.
