É muito desorganizada, a cirurgia era as 13h30, foi realizada as 17h00 e ainda não tirou o calazio por 2x seguida, a eficiência não existe, agente passa por um momento delicado, esperando o sucesso no resultado e se decepciona.

Fui nesse local com minha avó, pois o olho dela estava irritado, chegando la foi 2 horas esperando atendimento, dps falaram q o doutor iria atender embaixo, mas chamou encima, e la vamos nos subindo a escada pra ser atendidas la encima sendo q era embaixo, chegando la esperamos mais 3 pessoas na frente q nao estava na frente, passamos com o doutor celso, pessimo atendimento, alem de debochado, foi ignorante, se quererem atenção, rapidez e atendimento bom sem ignorancia, não vão nesse local!!!!!

Péssimo atendimento, vc agenda um exame com horário, pedem pra chegar 30 minutos antes, e vc fica aguardando mais de 1 hora pra ser atendido! Total falta de respeito com cliente.

Cobram 300 reais para fazer 1 exame de vista! Isso é um absurdo, vão na viva óculos no centro, lá é de graça. Deveriam ter vergonha de serem abusivos em relação a preço! Sempre passei lá, agr q sei q estava pagando de trouxa não vou mais

Clínica bagunçada! NÃO ATENDEM NO HORARIO, marcam com um oftalmo, outro q atendem... Atendentes recepção tbem sem paciência... E ainda o tal do BRUNO q é o responsável, nunca está! Ou seja, não tem responsável na clínica para reclamar! Ou vc vai embora ou se submete a atrasos dele. LAMENTAVEL, pretendo não + voltar, quem dirá recomendar!!!

Minha mãe fez uma cirurgia de Pterígio no dia 19 de Maio, o mal atendimento começou desde o balcão da recepção, a moça foi super ignorante e debochada apenas pra explicar que era pra atravessar a rua pra esperar a chamada no painel de lá, pois lá não tinha cadeiras pra sentar. O segundo é os médicos e enfermeiros que não dão informações, não querem explicar nada e ainda você tem que ficar COBRANDO pra eles falarem qual é os cuidados pós cirúrgicos, o enfermeiro da unidade cirúrgica não soube informar. Espero que qualifiquem melhor o atendimento pois é um hospital importante, marcam muitas cirurgias para o mesmo dia depois querem tratar os pacientes nas pressas!

Falta de respeito com a pessoa idosa. Trouxe meu pai, de 87 anos para um consulta pós cirurgia e após passar pela recepção fomos encaminhados para o 1° andar. Após fazerem a ficha, nós encaminharam para o 3° andar. Depois de esperar mais um tempo, meu pai foi chamado pelo monitor, pra ir aoe1° andar, na pré consulta. Chegando lá, fui questionar na recepção e a atendente disse que marcou errado e que para o médico dele, não era necessário passar pela pré consulta e pediu para que voltássemos ao 3° andar. Chegando lá ficamos aguardando um bom tempo e vendo pessoas mais jovens que ele, sendo atendidas na frente. Fui até a recepção, no 1° andar, questionar sobre o atendimento preferencial (definido em lei) que não estava sendo cumprido e a recepcionista, que já havia errado antes, me disse que isso era conduta médica uma vez que o médico consegue visualizar a idade do paciente no computador dele. Desrespeito total!
