★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. Perguntei se ti ha café e as duas funcionárias que atendiam foram extremamente grosseiras me deixando constrangida. Se não querem servir o café coloquem uma placa bem grande para o cliente te não as inco.odar com a pergunta. Atender bem quando a loja está vazia é fácil. Aconteceu agora Prezunic Freguesia e aliás a loja não está tão cheia assim.
Terrible attendance. I asked if there was coffee and the two employees who attended were extremely rude, making me embarrassed. If you don't want to serve coffee, put a big sign so the customer doesn't bother with the question. Serving well when the store is empty is easy. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os produtos são maravilhosos como sempre, mas o atendimento deixa a desejar, as atendentes muito antipáticas, então melhor comprar via delivery ou ser bem atendida em outra loja, o que tem em cada esquina.
The products are wonderful as always, but the service leaves something to be desired, the attendants are very unfriendly, so it's better to buy via delivery or be well attended at another store, which is on every corner.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quero deixar bem claro aqui minha insatisfação com este estabelecimento, pois comprei um ovo de Páscoa que custou 100 reais e a empresa não emitiu nota fiscal, retornei na loja e a atendente disse que não poderia fazer nada sobre tal assunto. Deixei meu telefone para que o gerente ou proprietário retornasse e de nada adiantou. Para piorar o ovo veio todo esbranquiçado e a mesma atendente não quiz trocar.
Falta de profissionalismo total !!!
I want to make it clear here my dissatisfaction with this establishment, because I bought an Easter egg that cost 100 reais and the company did not issue an invoice, I returned to the store and the attendant said she could not do anything about it. I left my phone for the manager or owner to call back and it was no use. To make matters worse, the egg came all whitish and the same attendant didn't want to change it.
Total lack of professionalism!!!
