Note 10 in everything; taste, quality and service. I highly recommend it and I will miss it. Not even close compares to the "famous" of RJ.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui para um café da tarde. Tinha duas opções de bolo e o brownie na vitrine. As fatias são generosas! O sanduíche tbm é bem farto. Brownie delicioso e ambiente agradável.
I went for an afternoon coffee. There were two cake options and the brownie in the window. The slices are generous! The sandwich is pretty good too. Delicious brownie and nice atmosphere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Solicitei um café com leite, e a demora me assustou, não foi como de costume, toda vez que estou na cidade e ou tenho uma reunião de negócios com clientes especiais ou amigos é de costume fazer uma paradinha aqui.
Se voltaria?, com certeza e recomendo, devo ter escolhido um dia atípico eu diria assim. Em geral é muito bom.
I asked for a coffee with milk, and the delay scared me, it wasn't as usual, every time I'm in town and either have a business meeting with special clients or friends, it's customary to make a little stop here.
Would I go back?, for sure and I recommend it, I must have chosen an atypical day I would say so. In general it is very good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tenho visitado o Empório 75 várias vezes e o atendimento, na maioria das vezes foi ruim (muito demorado e sem atenção para limpar as mesas após alguém sair). Duas vezes já estive no local e fui embora devido a espera no atendimento. Hoje deixaram um casal e uma criança esperando e tinha uma mesa suja sem nenhum dos funcionários se prestasse a limpar. Recolhi tudo, limpei e higienizei a mesa para que o casal e o filho sentassem na mesa que eu estava (eu já havia higienizado pois quando cheguei tinha funcionário parado e a mesa suja). Procurei o proprietário mas disseram que ele está longe. Em outros cafés, com o mesmo número de funcionários o atendimento é muito mais ágil.
Fico triste pois é um local com decoração e ambiente agradáveis, um bom café e com produtos de qualidade por isso faço esta avaliação pois é possível com os mesmos recursos melhorar o atendimento.
I have visited Empório 75 several times and the service, most of the time, was bad (very slow and inattentive to clean the tables after someone leaves). Twice I've been to the place and left due to waiting in service. Today they left a couple and a child waiting and there was a dirty table without any of the staff willing to clean it. I collected everything, cleaned and sanitized the table so that the couple and their son could sit at the table I was at (I had already sanitized because when I arrived there was an employee stopped and the table was dirty). I looked for the owner but they said he is far away. In other cafes, with the same number of employees, the service is much faster.
I'm sad because it's a place with pleasant decor and atmosphere, good coffee and quality products, so I make this review because it's possible with the same resources to improve service.
