★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima já tou com 3 pedido de cancelamento da minha conta e eles falaram que foi emitido o cancelamento mais toda vez meu dinheiro cai la ai tenho que sai da minha cidade pra poder saca meu dinheiro e porque tá com 6ano que não tenho mais cartão dela nem senha já tenho outra conta na minha cidade próxima vez irei recorrer à justiça para fecha minha conta nela

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Agência que não oferece bons serviços como todas as outras. Cobra taxas altas por serviços prestados a descontento. Não há o respeito à legislação quanto ao cumprimento do prazo para atendimento ao cliente mediante senha. Não oferece segurança aos clientes que se utilizam dos caixas eletrônicos dentro da agencia. Minha opinião.
Agency that does not offer good services like all the others. Charges high fees for services rendered to discontent. There is no respect for legislation regarding compliance with the deadline for customer service by password. It does not offer security to customers who use ATMs inside the agency. My opinion.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Funcionários que prestam atendimento na frente da agência nos caixas eletrônicos. Todos mal educados, muito arrogantes. Lá dentro nem se fala , é uma demora horrível o atendimento. Os funcionários passam o dia conversando entre eles.
