Na época o atendimento foi bom, porém a instalação do box ficou errada e desde então tento contato com a loja para reinstalação que toda vez agenda o técnico e no dia ele não aparece. 6 meses! Hoje ao telefonar nem fui atendido, o dono da loja Sr. Claudio desligou o celular e o telefone da loja só toca e ninguém atende. Tentei uma negociação tranquila, mas chegou ao limite a paciência. Quero o meu dinheiro de volta. Uma loja que te atende bem no momento da compra e depois não oferece o suporte necessário. Minha garantia é de 1 ano!
