Já fui duas vezes, em dias diferentes, os atendentes são impacientes e nem olham para sua cara.
Quando você pergunta sobre algum prato, eles respondem com rispidez e impaciência.
Acho que falta "amor" até no preparo da comida.
A refeição de lá não é boa igual à de outros restaurantes da mesma franquia.
The service of Camarão & Cia de Macaé is terrible. The service is really bad.
I've been twice, on different days, the attendants are impatient and don't even look at your face.
When you ask about a dish, they respond sharply and impatiently.
I think there is a lack of "love" even when preparing food.
The meal there is not as good as other restaurants in the same franchise.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedi dois pratos para eu e minha esposa . Os dois estavam ruins. Camarão com catupiry sem catupiry. Strogonoff de camarão sem gosto e cheio de creme de leite. Muito ruim. Não recomendo.
I ordered two dishes for me and my wife. Both were bad. Shrimp with catupiry without catupiry. Shrimp stroganoff tasteless and full of sour cream. Too bad. I do not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pena que não tem como por zero estrela. Comprei o camarão com arroz piemontesa, simplesmente horrível. Arroz branco normal com uma coisa molhada lá no fundo com meia dúzia de camarão. Sem contar a porção medíocre. Na foto parece outro prato. Paguei quase 30 reais por aquilo. Me sinto lesado.
Too bad it does not have as zero star. I bought the shrimp with piemontese rice, just awful. Normal white rice with a wet thing down there with half a dozen shrimp. Not counting the mediocre portion. In the photo it looks like another dish. I paid almost 30 reais for that. I feel injured.
