Fast, honest and very efficient. I took my TV for repair Monday morning, and in the afternoon I was told that it was ready. Best of all, they didn't charge me anything for the repair. I was fully satisfied.

Orçaram um servico em minha TV no valor de 740,00 reais, mas não tinham a peça na hora. Solicitaram a mesma e quando a chegou me ligaram e avisaram que a mesma foi mais barato e reduziram o orçamento para 550,00. Parabéns para eles. Garanto que se fosse em outro local contabilizavam como lucro, pois eu já tinha aprovado o orçamento anterior. Parabéns de novo.

They budgeted a service on my TV worth 740.00 reais, but they didn't have the piece at the time. They requested the same and when it arrived they called me and told me that it was cheaper and reduced the budget to 550.00. Congratulations to them. I guarantee that if it were in another location they would count as profit, as I had already approved the previous budget. Congratulations again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui na loja hoje eu está com problemas no meu som residencial liguei e falei com se eu não me engano Roberto aí levei o som aparentemente com 2 problemas aí ele na hora já fez o procedimento de verificação e não tinha nada de errado com meu som era problemas com o operador no caso eu que estava errado em questão de uso do som e ele foi honesto de mais qualquer outro ia levar o som pra dentro e inventar um monte de coisa pra cobrar absurdo, obs ele fez o procedimento na minha frente, pessoal la estão de parabéns, valeu ai obrigado.
