★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Liguei da primeira vez e o Sr. Carlos veio com um ajudante. Mexeu na geladeira, trocou uma peça e não resolveu. Liguei no dia seguinte e veio com outro ajudante .A geladeira funcionou. Me deu garantia de 3 meses no conserto. Após 1 mês a geladeira apresentou o mesmo defeito. Liguei pra ele várias vezes e não atendia, até que consegui falar com o Sr. Carlos que se comprometeu a ver a geladeira novamente. Estou esperando até hoje. No final das contas gastei dinheiro num conserto que não teve garantia nenhuma, pois não se dignou a voltar e pelo menos ver o que estava acontecendo (já havia recebido). Tive comprar uma geladeira nova. Não recomendo, de jeito nenhum.
I called the first time and Mr. Carlos came with a helper. He moved the refrigerator, changed a piece and did not solve it. I called the next day and came with another assistant. The refrigerator worked. It gave me a 3 month warranty on the repair. After 1 month the refrigerator presented the same defect. I called him several times and he did not answer until I got to talk to Mr. Carlos who promised to see the refrigerator again. I'm waiting until today. At the end of the day I spent money on a repair that had no guarantee, because he did not deign to return and at least see what was happening (he had already received it). I had to buy a new refrigerator. I do not recommend it at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ele arrumou a geladeira a um mês agora voltou o mesmo problema e ele nem responde mais minhas mensagens pra volta e ver o que aconteceu q não está funcionando tá do mesmo geito e eu paguei e ele não voltou pra ver faz mais de uma semana q estou entrando em contato no começo respondeu q vinha agora nem responde não recomemdo a primeira vez ele vem depois ele nem responde se der problema o concerto q ele fez. Quero meu dinheiro de volta.e ainda fala q tá sem carro meu marido buscou ele levou e ainda desorganizado não trouxe as ferramentas teve q volta lá pensa q o dinheiro dos outros é capim e ainda falou pro meu marido q não gosta de pobre ele sim é pobre prq precisa dar golpe nos outros pra sobreviver.
He fixed the fridge a month ago and now he has the same problem and he doesn’t even answer my messages anymore and see what happened q isn’t working ok, I paid for it and he didn’t come back to see me for over a week getting in touch at the beginning replied that he was coming now, he does not reply, I do not recommend the first time, he comes later, he does not even respond if the concert he gave is a problem. I want my money back. And he still says he's out of a car my husband searched for he took it and still disorganized he didn't bring the tools back there he thinks that other people's money is grass and he even told my husband he doesn't like poor man poor prq needs to hit others to survive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Um tremendo de um Picareta, o sr Carlos é um trambiqueiro, voltou para consertar minha geladeira, umas 4 vezes e em nenhuma delas rsolveu, gastei quase R$ 1.000,00 e naõ resolveu, chamei outro e por R$ 150,00 me resolveu o problema, não chamem esse vagabundo pra nada, ele é um pilantra.
A tremendous pickaxe, Mr Carlos is a crook, he came back to fix my refrigerator 4 times and in none of them he solved it, I spent almost R$ 1,000.00 and it didn't work, I called another one and for R$ 150.00 he solved me the problem, don't call this bum for nothing, he's a crook.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se diz ser profissional já 40 anos , mas não sabe solucionar o defeito da geladeira. Acredito que já 40 anos foi dando o golpe nas pessoas . Cada vez que chama para ver o defeito da geladeira ele fala um problema , troca a peça te cobra caro, não te da garantia. Mal educado , depois que arranca o dinheiro sempre da desculpa do carro quebrado e não te da assistência . Infelizmente cai no conto deste desonesto. Parabéns ao Sr Carlos por ganhar a vida dando golpe nas pessoas. Mas sua colheita será conforme sua plantação.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NÃO CONTRATEM, NEM PARA EMERGÊNCIA. Melhor ficar sem geladeira do que contratar. Trata-se de pessoa que não detém conhecimento técnico algum, troca peças desnecessárias, sem compromisso com dias e horários e além do mais, extremamente desagradável. Péssima contratação.
DO NOT CONTRACT OR FOR EMERGENCY. Better to stay without a refrigerator than to hire. It is a person who does not have any technical knowledge, exchanges unnecessary parts, without commitment to days and times and, moreover, extremely unpleasant. Bad hiring.
