Já tive que trocar a porta do dormitório que comprei três vezes e ainda continua com problemas. Fui reclamar com o sr. Samir, que se apresentou como dono, e foi extremamente descortês informando que eu não precisaria mais comprar na loja dele.
The salespeople's attention was great, but the assemblers are very bad and the after sales is horrible. I had to change the bedroom door I bought three times and still have problems. I went to complain to mr. Samir, who introduced himself as owner, and was extremely impolite informing me that I would no longer need to buy from his store.
