★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um armario de cozinha em novembro de 2019, me enviaram os puxadores e portas reflecta no prata e no contrato era Champagne pois foi o combinado quando comprei e consta no contrato da compra. Fui lá diversas vezes o dono do estabelecimento Moises disse que chegaria até dia 15 de janeiro. Hoje é dia 01 de fevereiro de 2020 e ninguém ligou para dar nenhuma satisfação sobre as peças q eles pediram errado. Comprei tudo na cor Champagne, me mandaram tudo prata. Péssima loja! Na hora de comprar te carregam no colo, depois meus amores, p consumidor que se lasque.

Comprei um guarda roupa e eles vinheram fazer a montagem, antes do término da montagem notei que veio uma porta com cor diferente, relatei e eles me disseram que com 15 dias iriam vir fazer a troca. No mesmo instante ligue para loja e o proprietário me confirmou que iria fazer a troca com 15 dias. E nisso já se passou mais de 3 meses e eu toda semana ligo para eles nada de ter retorno até agora.
Terrible! I just got annoyed. The service is only good when you are inside the store.
I bought a wardrobe and they came to do the assembly, before the end of the assembly I noticed that a door came with a different color, I reported it and they told me that within 15 days they would come to do the exchange. Immediately call the store and the owner confirmed that he would make the exchange within 15 days. And in this it's been over 3 months and every week I call them nothing to have a return so far.

Fiz a compra em final de agosto/2021 de um sofá, no dia tinha um painel que eu nem interessei, porém estava com um vidro de prateleira faltando, a dona SUSANA falou que me mandaria em uma ou duas semanas o vidro e a instalação... Acreditei, mas até hoje 10/12/21 nada, mando mensagem e a abençoada nem me responde mais. É assim que eles te tratam depois de ter conseguido a venda.
The service is only good while inside the store. I bought a sofa in late August/2021, on the day there was a panel that I wasn't even interested in, but it was missing a shelf glass, the owner SUSANA said she would send me the glass and installation in a week or two. .. I believed, but until today 12/10/21 nothing, I send a message and the blessed one doesn't even answer me anymore. That's how they treat you after you get the sale.
