★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estive ontem a noite na loja, eu e meu marido, e pedimos um café e duas sobremesas. a loja é linda, sem dúvidas, mas como diz o ditado: "Beleza não (se) põe a mesa." O que se espera de uma loja onde se paga quase 100 reais por um café e duas sobremesas? Que tenha, pelo menos coerência no serviço. O café veio primeiro e sozinho. Regra de etiqueta e serviço: café se serve no final. Alguém perguntou, ao menos? Não! Serviram o café muito rapidamente. Depois chegou sozinha a sobremesa que meu marido havia pedido. Esperamos então, mais um tempão, pela minha. Pensam que o melhor ficou para o final? Não. Eu havia pedido um waffle com sorvete. Veio um pratão com um waffle gigante, seco, farelento, frio (pois waffles são feitos na hora e devem chegar quentes à mesa). Uma calda de chocolate super enjoativa e extremamente doce. Acompanhava duas bolas de sorvete de chocolate e creme sem gosto de nada. Uma decepção total. Simplesmente, poderiam diminuir essa sobremesa na metade do tamanho, mas caprichar no waffle e servir um sorvete de boa qualidade. Eu pagaria o mesmo valor com alegria. No entanto, servir uma coisa enorme, que não tem equilíbrio algum, ficou muito caro pelo que entrega.
 I was at the store last night, my husband and I, and we ordered a coffee and two desserts. the store is beautiful, no doubt about it, but as the saying goes: "Beauty doesn't set the table." What do you expect from a store where you pay almost 100 reais for a coffee and two desserts? That you have at least consistency in service. Coffee came first and alone. Rule of etiquette and service: coffee is served at the end. Did anyone even ask? No! Coffee was served very quickly. Then the dessert that my husband had ordered arrived by itself. So we wait a little longer for mine. Do you think the best was left for last? No. I had ordered a waffle with ice cream. A plate came with a giant waffle, dry, crumbly, cold (because waffles are made to order and should arrive hot at the table). A super cloying and extremely sweet chocolate syrup. It came with two scoops of chocolate ice cream and tasteless cream. A total disappointment. They could simply reduce this dessert in half its size, but make the waffle and serve a good quality ice cream. I would gladly pay the same amount. However, serving a huge thing, which has no balance at all, was too expensive for what it delivers.

Porém, fui no Sábado umas 20 hs estava cheio peguei a senha e ficamos dentro carro esperando uns 40 minutos...Fizemos o pedido da minha cunhada foi rápido croissant de chocolate e a limonada italiana de maçã verde estavam perfeitos! Meu pedido demorou minha limonada italiana de morango estava sem gosto bem azeda, minha cunhada fez um segundo pedido e atendente fez errado acredito pelo horário e por algumas funcionárias terem ido embora estava bem corrido, com pouca meninas na cozinha. Em relação ao preço achei bem caro, porém, chocolate realmente maravilhoso...Só o atendimento que deixou a desejar irei a próxima vez outro horário para tirar essa impressão pois gostei do chocolate ?
Yesterday I went to the cozy shop and very cute decoration. However, I went on Saturday around 20 pm it was full, I got the password and we were in the car waiting for about 40 minutes... Our sister-in-law ordered a quick chocolate croissant and the Italian green apple lemonade were perfect! My order took a long time, my Italian strawberry lemonade was tasteless and very sour, my sister-in-law made a second order and the attendant did it wrong, I believe because of the time and because some employees left it was well run, with few girls in the kitchen. In relation to the price, I thought it was quite expensive, however, the chocolate was really wonderful... Only the service that left something to be desired.

As atendentes e garçonetes bem atenciosas.
Pedimos tiras de waffle com cobertura de chocolate e croissant de morango com chocolate. Para o meu paladar eles são bem doces e a consistência do waffle era mole, chegava a se desfazer ao molhamos na cobertura.
The store is nice and comfortable, it smells like chocolate.
The attendants and waitresses were very attentive.
We ordered chocolate-covered waffle strips and chocolate-covered strawberry croissant. For my taste, they are very sweet and the consistency of the waffle was soft, it even came apart when we soaked it in the topping.

Dividimos por 3 pessoas 2 sobremesas bem grandes. Poderia até ter mais espaço pra sentar de repente um segundo andar. Muita variedade de chocolates pra presentear. Cafés especiais e algumas opções de salgados. Média de R$30 uma sobremesa pra compartilhar. Dá pra estacionar na frente. Amamos!!
Very cute!!! It makes you want to live there - an incredible smell of chocolate in the air. Super beautiful and tasty desserts.
We shared 2 very large desserts for 3 people. It might even have more room to suddenly sit a second floor. Lots of variety of chocolates to give away. Specialty coffees and some savory options. Average of R$30 a dessert to share. You can park in front. We love it!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu fui na loja na época de natal, estava toda decorada, com máquina de neve na porta, a coisa mais linda do mundo. As decorações da loja, tudo muito delicado e maravilhoso. A experiência é fantástica!!! Eu não cheguei a consumir dentro da loja mas comprei chocolates para viagem, uma delícia. O preço é um pouco salgado mas vale a pena. Tem uma máquina de souvenir que é sensacional. Amei o local com certeza voltarei mais vezes!!!
I went to the store at Christmas time, it was all decorated, with a snow machine at the door, the most beautiful thing in the world. The store decorations, all very delicate and wonderful. The experience is fantastic!!! I didn't get to consume it inside the store but I bought chocolates to go, delicious. The price is a little steep but worth it. There is a souvenir machine which is amazing. Loved the place will definitely come back!!!
