★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fujam de quaisquer serviços e produtos oferecidos por essa empresa. Eles vendem um produto de péssima qualidade para que somente eles saibam consertar. É basicamente te "dar" a doença pra ficar vendendo o tratamento. Você fica refém destes produtos horríveis.
Avoid any services and products offered by that company. They sell a poor quality product so that only they know how to fix it. It is basically "giving" the disease to be selling the treatment. You are held hostage to these horrible products.

Comprei um Lorenzetti e resolvi de uma forma que eu não gostei.
Bad service, it could be much better, after all I do not depend on this store, but the store depends on the customers and friendliness and clarity in the information requested is the minimum that can be expected from a technical service. I'll solve the shower resistance problem by changing brands! V
I bought a Lorenzetti and solved it in a way that I didn't like.

Comprei dois chuveiros pressurizados e os dois vieram com defeito.
Detalhe que um dos chuveiros tinha o valor de R$ 1.296,00.
Prejuízo com mão de obra para colocar e tirar as 2x, isso ninguém reembolsa.
Terrible!!!
I bought two pressurized showers and both came defective.
Detail that one of the showers had the value of R$ 1,296.00.
Loss with labor to put on and take off the 2x, no one refunds it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ did send an email, no answer / called 5 times today and couldn't reach anyone to answer a technical question, in the end they promised to call back, which they didn't. / The individual electric heater 4T potency is 6400W, which implies a 32A circuit breaker and 6mm2 wiring - then why is the power cord of this app. just 2,5mm2 (and 1,5mm2 for earth!?) 2,5mm2 max. carrying at 220V is 4400W... or the machine is not consuming 6400W as stated, or we have a serious risk for fire.... Power cord is only 30cm long - electric connection is then in the prhohibited wet zone - earth cable is wrong color - worst is that this product is 'checked' by inmetro: makes me wonder what that's worth
