Obs. atualização: após visita do técnico foi constatado o problema, necessária troca de uma válvula por "apenas" 490 reais. Como paleativo, foi substituída a membrana da válvula por 77 reais.
Coincidentemente, os problemas só foram apresentados poucos dias após a manutenção preventiva.
We hired a "preventive maintenance" for 150 reais for a gas heater, which had no problem, and 6 days after the heater stopped working.
Update note: after the technician visited the problem, a valve change for "only" 490 reais was necessary. As a palliative agent, the valve membrane was replaced by 77 reais.
Coincidentally, the problems were only presented a few days after preventive maintenance.
