★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. Recepcionista grosseira, sem empatia com os pacientes . Medica chegou com 1 hr de atraso e ainda se recusou a atender meu filho, porque estava chorando, não teve paciência para que ele se acalme e retornasse a fazer o exame. E ainda por cima a recepcionista não queria fazer o cancelamento da consulta no sistema. Sem contar que o lugar é pequeno, não tem espaço para as crianças brincarem enquanto espera. Péssima experiencia nesse lugar.
 Terrible attendance. rude receptionist, no empathy with patients. Medica arrived 1 hr late and still refused to meet my son because she was crying, had no patience for him to calm down and take the exam again. And to top it off the receptionist did not want to cancel the consultation in the system. Not to mention that the place is small, there is no room for children to play while waiting. Bad experience at this place.
