★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento ruim e demorado, mais de 10 dias para emitir uma simples procuração que em vários cartórios é feita na hora. Solicitação dos mesmos documentos 2 ou até 3 vezes. Não recomendo.
 Bad and time-consuming service, more than 10 days to issue a simple power of attorney that is done on the spot in several registries. Request the same documents 2 or even 3 times. I do not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tem estacionamento e nao coatuma demorar (considerando que é um cartório). Funcionários educados. Algumas pessoas reclamam que nao seguem a senha (quando chamam pela segunda vez, já pra entregar o serviço) , porem cada serviço tem uma complexidade e uns demoram mais que o outro. As senhas de primeiro atendimento sao seguidas na ordem.
It has parking and coatuma not take long (considering that it is a notary office). Polite staff. Some people complain that they do not follow the password (when they call for the second time, just to deliver the service), but each service has a complexity and some take longer than the other. First service passwords are followed in order.

Hassle free service, attentive and polite staff. It didn't take 10 minutes for everything to be resolved. I recommend without a doubt.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esse cartório possui um atendimento muito, mas muito lento, que chega a ser inacreditável. Apesar de possuir 3 atendentes no balcão, o tempo médio aguardado para ser atendido chega fácil a 1 hora. A obrigatoriedade de preencher um livro antes do serviço é um anacronismo que não se vê em nenhum outro tabelionato decente. Para ficar ruim vai ter que melhorar bastante...
This office has a very, very slow service, which is unbelievable. Despite having 3 counter attendants, the expected average time to be served is easy to 1 hour. The obligation to fill out a book before service is an anachronism not seen in any other decent notary. To get bad will have to improve a lot ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo. Atendentes batendo papo no segundo andar por horas e pedindo 3 dias para realizar uma simples... Certamente não será uma das primeiras opções em caso de necessidade de utilização de qualquer serviço.
Terrible. Attendants chatting on the second floor for hours and asking for 3 days to perform a simple... It certainly won't be one of the first options in case you need to use any service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui ao cartório 3 vezes e a experiência foi péssima em todas elas. Atendimento muito lento e filas grandes. Não volto mais e não indico a ninguém.
I went to the registry office 3 times and the experience was terrible each time. Very slow service and long queues. I won't be back and won't recommend it to anyone.

Gastei tempo e dinheiro enviando um portador para reconhecer a firma e me retornou alegando que a firma está vencida. Desrespeito com o dinheiro do cliente.
Joke this office. I've never seen a firm win. The detail is that I recognized the firm last week.
I spent time and money sending a carrier to notarize the signature and he returned it to me claiming the signature is expired. Disrespect for the customer's money.
