Seja lá o que for que façam neste cartório já que como disse na reposta me enviou vou deixar anexo aqui . Se o reconhecimento de firma não serve para legalizar um documento poderia então não fazê-lo , muito pelo contrário reconhece firma e recebe seu pagamento por um documento que não tem valor algum diante deste órgão . Não entendo o motivo de prestar um serviço que é um desserviço .
