Agora simplesmente estão dizendo que o recibo não serve para comprovar nada, a funcionária disse que não cabe a ela dar informações sobre o fato de que o recibo não tem nenhum valor, mas cobrar o valor de reconhecimento de firma ela cobrou. Devia ao menos explicar que não vale nada, simplesmente o que vale para eles é eu ter pago o reconhecimento de firma e ela não ter reconhecido firma do vendedor e fica por isso mesmo. Se informem antes de fazer e pagar por documentos pode ser que você perca seu dinheiro. Se não cabe a funcionária me explicar, para que serve o recibo, eu não sei o motivo dela estar lá. Palavras dela “simplesmente as pessoas chegam aqui para reconhecer firma, autenticar mas a gente não precisa saber do que se trata”. Eu sei que eu paguei, o fato de o recibo não ter valor algum para ela ou para o tabelião pouco importa, eu que perdi.
Se precisava que o vendedor estivesse presente ela poderia ter dito, mas acredito que o problema não foi esse na verdade foi irresponsabilidade mesmo. Me informei com outras pessoas que me garantiram que não precisou da presença do vendedor, que apenas apresentou o recibo e foi reconhecido firma de ambos ou será que as outras pessoas também pagaram por um serviço que não comprova nada?
