★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento deixa muito a desejar. Não há possibilidade de enviar documentações por e-mail, quase impossível contatar por telefone e extremamente burocrático e demorado. Em outros cartórios já fui muito melhor atendida.
The service leaves much to be desired. There is no possibility to send documentation by e-mail, almost impossible to contact by phone and extremely bureaucratic and time-consuming. In other registries I have been much better served.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já foi bom. Devido as restrições da covid, limitaram em 10 pessoas dentro. Os clientes ficam aglomerados na porta,no calor, aguando serem chamados. Tempo de espera no calor de aproximadamente 1h.
It used to be good. Due to covid restrictions, limited to 10 people inside. Customers are crowded at the door, in the heat, waiting to be called. Waiting time in the heat of approximately 1h.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo, pessoal parece que tá morrendo para atender. Cara feia, passei mais de duas horas para emitir segunda via de certidão nascimento e olhe que estava vazio. Para ficar ruim tem que melhorar muito ainda.
Terrible, people seem to be dying to answer. Ugly face, I spent more than two hours to issue a duplicate birth certificate and it was empty. To get bad, you have to improve a lot.

Não sei se devido horário de almoço, chego para reconhecer firma a senhora que fica no caixa e libera senha da uma senha de registro de imóvel depois de 40 minutos quando a senha e chamada descubro que a senha está errada, a funcionária que chamou da risada e a que libera senha nem tenta consertar a situação que causou simplesmente da outra senha e o cliente te espere.
SUGESTÃO, VÁ PARA OUTRO CARTÓRIO OU ABRA FIRMA EM OUTRO.

Qualquer documento solicitado é um "parto" para ser entregue; pois eles não tem SISTEMA atualizado. NEM SITE TEM! Nem atendimento telefônico funciona; pois o ÚNICO número de contato, ou não existe ou está impossibilitado de atender chamada.
In the middle of the digital age, where almost everything is resolved remotely.. This registry office is OUTSTANDING. Any requested document is a "delivery" to be delivered; because they don't have updated SYSTEM. IT DOESN'T HAVE A WEBSITE! Not even phone service works; because the ONLY contact number, either does not exist or is unable to answer the call.
