★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei dois peixes nesta peixaria, para assar em um churrasco. Recebi algumas dicas do gerente, para preparar e temperar os peixes. Foi um grande sucesso! Os peixes assados na brasa ficaram suculentos e deliciosos! Não sobrou nada!
 I bought two fish at this fishmonger to bake on a barbecue. I received some tips from the manager for preparing and seasoning the fish. It was a great success! The grilled fish were juicy and delicious! There's nothing left!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Foi péssima a experiência. Liguei dia 08/04/20, pela manhã. Disseram que estavam com várias encomendas, mas que até as 17 hrs seria entregue. Liguei as 18 hrs, reclamando que não havia chegado. Atendente Patrícia disse que o entregador ainda estava na rua executando as entregas. Não apareceu no dia e nem no dia seguinte. Não ligaram dando qq informação ou resposta. Ou seja, péssimo.
The experience was terrible. I called 08/04/20, in the morning. They said they had several orders, but that by 5 pm it would be delivered. I called at 6 pm, complaining that I hadn't arrived. Attendant Patrícia said that the delivery man was still on the street executing deliveries. He did not appear the day or the next day. They did not call giving any information or answer. That is, terrible.

Os funcionários não estão nem aí se vendem ou não. O dono tem que abrir o olho.
Estou há 4 horas aguardando uma entrega de camarão e viola. Moro a poucos metros da peixaria.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já foi muito bom, um dos únicos lugares pra comprar peixe na tijuca ,porém caiu muito , infelizmente, os motivos podem não ser só culpa deles , e sim da demanda , mas eles com certeza tem responsabilidade, preços altos é um exemplo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Morando próximo desde 2018, sempre tive dificuldade em comprar neste local. Os horários pareciam não fechar com os meus. Estacionamento também não é fácil por ali. Anteontem, talvez pq o Hortifruti na mesma rua tenha ampliado e aberto uma peixaria, esforcei-me por encontrar vaga e fui na CASA DA OSTRA comprar 1 quilo de camarão médio. Estava bonito. Comprei.
Antes de mais nada, devo dizer que o camarão era fresquinho e o preço, apesar de não estar em conta, estava próximo do que é praticado na concorrência.
Ocorre que o estabelecimento adota uma prática que vou deixar para quem lá for refletir e avaliar.
Os sites de culinária da web informam que cada 1 quilo de camarão com casca corresponde a cerca de 700g de camarão limpo. Isto bate com minha vivência de compra na feira. Nesta peixaria CASA DA OSTRA o quilo de camarão com casca (comprei 1,05kg) rende bem menos. Exatos 570g de camarão limpo (pesei assim que cheguei em casa).
Não sei se o fato de limparem camarões e peixes numa sala distante do cliente influencia neste rendimento. Mas, como dito, deixo para que os demais consumidores façam suas respectivas avaliações.
De minha parte, fui para conhecer. Foi o bastante.
Living nearby since 2018, I always had difficulty buying in this location. The hours didn't seem to close with mine. Parking is not easy there either. The day before yesterday, maybe because the Hortifruti on the same street has expanded and opened a fishmonger, I made an effort to find a vacancy and went to CASA DA OSTRA to buy 1 kilo of medium shrimp. It was beautiful. Bought.
First of all, I must say that the shrimp was fresh and the price, despite not being considered, was close to what is practiced in the competition.
It so happens that the establishment adopts a practice that I will leave to whoever goes there to reflect and evaluate.
Cooking websites on the web report that every 1 kilogram of unpeeled shrimp corresponds to about 700g of clean shrimp. This matches my experience of shopping at the fair. At this CASA DA OSTRA fishmonger, a kilo of unpeeled shrimp (I bought 1.05kg) yields much less. Exactly 570g of clean shrimp (I weighed it as soon as I got home).
I don't know if the fact of cleaning shrimp and fish in a room far from the client influences this income. But, as said, I leave it to the other consumers to make their respective evaluations.
For my part, I went to meet. It was enough.
