★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedi bolo para entregar aqui no trabalho as 14: 00 hrs e agora são 17:46 e nada do bolo. Liguei para perguntar se bolo já havia saído e fui informada que ainda não e a atendente nem um pouco solicita, muito menos simpática. Não deu a minima para a demora muito menos para entrega.
Ordered cake to deliver here at work the 14: 00 hrs and are now 17:46 and no cake. I called to ask if cake had already left and was told that yet and the clerk not at all requests, much less friendly. It did not give a damn for the delay much less for delivery.

Mas estou descintente pois, antes do Natal encomendei um bolo de Maca/Castanha, fui retirar no dia 23/12.
Ao cortar o bolo percebi castanhas quase inteira,(e nao foi so uma). Fotografei, com a intenção de comprar o mesmo bolo, falei com uma atendente e mostrei a foto das castanhas e este fotografou e eu deixei que queria as castanas mais trituradas, a atendente afirmou que passaria para a produção. Encimendei ou bolo e nao é que nada mudou. Liguei e relatei o caso para a atendente que gentilmente me ouviu, me disse que passaria para gerente e está me ligaria. Estou aguardando a ligação.
Espero que com este e-mail, alguém me responda.
Desde já fico agradecido e me subscrevo-me atenciosamente.

Good morning, I always buy cake in this store, the service I have no complaint.
But I'm disbelieving because, before Christmas I ordered a cake of Maca / Chestnut, I went to remove on 12/23.
As I cut the cake I noticed almost whole nuts, (and it wasn't just one). I photographed, with the intention of buying the same cake, I spoke to an attendant and showed the picture of the chestnuts and he photographed and I let that I wanted the most crushed chestnuts, the attendant stated that it would go to production. Enimendei or cake and it's not that nothing has changed. I called and reported the case to the clerk who kindly listened to me, told me that she would pass on to manager, and she would call me. I'm waiting for the call.
I hope with this email, someone will answer me.
I am already grateful and subscribe carefully.

O atendimento via Whatsapp eu achei lento demais (pode melhorar, é uma crítica construtiva), mas como moro perto, fui até lá para escolher e retirar meu pedido.
De qualquer modo, isso não depõe em nada contra a qualidade do produto. Recomendo e sou cliente fiel.
Delicious cake, fair price, variety of flavors and toppings. After I discovered the Casa de Bolos, I only buy there.
The service via Whatsapp I found too slow (it could improve, it's a constructive criticism), but as I live nearby, I went there to pick and pick up my order.
In any case, this does not do anything against the quality of the product. I recommend and am a loyal customer.

The cake is good. DELIVERY VALUE IS ABSURD. Much more expensive than most restaurants in Campinas. So the cake is very expensive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Encomendei um bolo de aniversário para ser entregue às 9h, seria uma pequena surpresa. Às 9h25m mandei mensagem dizendo que não havia chegado, e me disseram que o motoboy estava saindo. Às 9h45m liguei e me disseram que o bolo ainda não havia saído. Foi entregue somente às 10h15m, estragando todo o planejado. A aniversariante nem mesmo viu o bolo, pois já havia saído do local onde o bolo deveria ser entregue. Péssima experiência com essa loja.
I ordered a birthday cake to be delivered at 9am, it would be a little surprise. At 9:25 am I sent a message saying that I hadn't arrived, and they told me that the motoboy was leaving. At 9:45 am I called and was told that the cake still hadn't come out. It was delivered only at 10:15 am, spoiling everything planned. The birthday girl did not even see the cake, as she had already left the place where the cake was supposed to be delivered. Bad experience with this store.
