★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A loja tem até uns produtos bacanas, fui bem atendido pelo vendedor e por um gerente eu acho!!Mas o serviço de entrega....que nem é de graça!!não vale nada não tem compromisso com datas e horários.
 The store even has some nice products, I was well attended by the seller and by a manager I think!! But the delivery service....which is not even free!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha experiência não foi das melhores. Os produtos são de qualidade isso ninguém pode negar. Porém fiquei na loja por volta de 20 minutos sem que nenhum colaborador viesse me atender. Sendo que vários me viram e continuaram no celular, ou seja fui ignorado.
My experience was not the best. The products are of high quality that no one can deny. However, I stayed in the store for around 20 minutes without any employee coming to help me. Since several saw me and continued on the cell phone, that is, I was ignored.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Achei interessante a expansão que a casa Madsol fez, sobretudo na parte de decoração. Procuro sempre valorizar o comércio do bairro, mas fica difícil essa valorização e fidelidade quando me deparo com a gerência sem tato e sem pro eficiência tanto com o cliente quanto com o funcionário a ele subordinado.
Foi o que vi com o gerente André, ao ser questionado sobre otimização e pró ação nas vendas. Deixo meu pesar ao ocorrido e só concluí a compra, pela prestatividade, educação e atenção do vendedor Bill e Luciene.
Fica a dica para a administração, que investiu pesado na reformulação do espaço.
I found the expansion that the Madsol house made interesting, especially in terms of decoration. I always try to value the commerce in the neighborhood, but this appreciation and loyalty is difficult when I come across management without tact and without pro-efficiency with both the customer and the employee who reports to him.
That's what I saw with manager André, when asked about optimization and pro-action in sales. I leave my regrets about what happened and I only completed the purchase, due to the helpfulness, education and attention of the seller Bill and Luciene.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha avaliação hj de uma estrela , vai diretamente pra quem teve a péssima idéia de tirar o caixa da parte de decoração e colocar lá embaixo. Sempre compro na parte de de coração, sempre tive um excelente atendimento com o vendedor Bil ( inclusive pra ele dou 5 estrelas) , mas hj fui a loja, fiz, a compra e tive que ir lá embaixo pra pagar. Imagina uma pessoa deficiente , cadeira de rodas, de muletas e impossível , ficou péssimo, tem que ter um caixa na parte de decoração, assim como tinha antes e bem mais rápido e cômodo pra nós clientes!!
My one star rating today goes directly to whoever had the bad idea of taking the box out of the decoration part and putting it down there. I always buy from the heart, I always had excellent service with the seller Bil (I even give him 5 stars), but today I went to the store, made the purchase and had to go downstairs to pay. Imagine a disabled person, in a wheelchair, on crutches and impossible, it was terrible, there has to be a cashier in the decoration part, just like there was before and much faster and more comfortable for us customers!!
