★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive um atendimento receptivo e cuidadoso por parte do recepcionista(Leidilson) e a moça que fez o teste do covid em mim(Diana). Um exemplo de serviço público a ser prestado. Até a energia do canto é leve. Perguntei o nome p/ fazer questão de vir aqui depois elogiar. Obrigado!

.. o médico pediu exame ta aq p mostrar mas pelo vista vai vencer e nada paguei exames em vão por certo acham q dinheiro cai do céu.. o retorno era p dezembro do ano passado já estamos no final de janeiro e nada.. tanta gente q marca exame e nunca e marcado isso e um descaso com as pessoas
Lack of respect for people the doctor marks a return or forward to go and they do not score .. no kidding going to the doctor not
.. the doctor ordered examination ta p aq show but the view is going to win and nothing paid surveys will certainly find q money falls from the sky .. the return was p December of last year we are in the end of January and nothing much .. we q mark examination and ever and marked it and disregard for people

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tudo muito organizado e respeitoso. Na hora de pegar o resultado do exame, o funcionário Gilvan se deparou com uma pessoa chorando e na mesma hora pediu para esperarmos que ele iria procurar uma pessoa para acalmar essa pessoa. Ele agiu com empatia e respeito. Parabéns ao Gilvan !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acho muito bom você poder fazer alguns exames médicos em um único local, apesar de ter sempre uma fila de espera acho muito rápido o atendimento. Sempre fui muito bem atendido por todos os profissionais de saúde, a única coisa que acontece não ter como fazer alguns exames que eu acho uma pena, mas eles orientam a procurar a unidade de saúde do bairro e pedir pra indicar algum laboratório particular conveniado com a prefeitura. No geral gosto muito.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A pior experiência que tive. Atendimento de uma enfermeira ignorante,mal educada e toda poderosa. Me senti como se fosse um lixo humano. Resultado do teste de Covid,super retrógrado,tenho acesso a internet e crédito para ligação,e só gastei tempo e dinheiro.Imagino quem não tem acesso,como deve sofrer para obter seu resultado. Mais empatia,mais respeito ao ser humano,nada justifica tratar o seu próximo mal. Desacatar servidor público é crime,e servidor público desacatar o ser humano é o quê?!!!! Indignada
The worst experience I ever had. Attendance of an ignorant nurse, poorly educated and all powerful. I felt like I was human garbage. Result of the Covid test, super retrograde, I have access to the internet and credit for calling, and I only spent time and money. I imagine those who don't have access, how they must suffer to get their result. More empathy, more respect for the human being, nothing justifies treating your next evil. Disregarding public servants is a crime, and public servants disrespecting human beings is what?!!!! outraged
