★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Um mas grande falta de atenção e respeito com o cliente . Hoje ( 26/02/22) , pedi 2 pizza nesse restaurante . O pedido veio errado , ligamos para o restaurante para trocar , uma hora depois o motoboy veio retirar a mas o restaurante não enviou a outra pizza para fazer a troca . Ligamos novamente para o restaurante para saber o que estava acontecendo e A atendente 'disse que é assim mesmo , que além do nossa pedido tinha muitos outros errados e que teríamos que esperar . Uma grande falta de respeito não só com o cliente mas com vocês mesmos , estão mais dando prejuízo para o restaurante do que lucro. É produto jogado no lixo e mais reclamações dos clientes . Por fim , estou esperando a mais de 3 horas pelo pedido e nada . Pensa no ódio .
A big lack of attention and respect for the customer. Today (26/02/22), I ordered 2 pizzas at this restaurant. The order came wrong , we called the restaurant to exchange it , an hour later the motoboy came to pick it up but the restaurant did not send another pizza to exchange it . We called the restaurant again to find out what was going on and the attendant 'said that's how it is, that in addition to our order, there were many others wrong and that we would have to wait. A great lack of respect not only with the customer but with yourselves, is causing more damage to the restaurant than profit. It is product thrown in the trash and more customer complaints. Finally, I've been waiting more than 3 hours for the order and nothing. Think of the hate.
