★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Há uma tremenda confusão com a agenda do médico que marca e remarca consultas e retornos todas para o mesmo horário gerando filas enormes, e considerando que o consultório tem poucas cadeiras muitos pacientes se sentam no chão do corredor da sala. Como se não bastasse o descaso e os inúmeros atrasos enormes, as secretárias ainda são orientadas a fazer um eletrocardiograma dos pacientes antes da consulta, (para ganhar tempo ou dinheiro dos planos de saúde), e ainda o mais absurdo: são orientadas a COBRAR POR CONSULTAS DE RETORNO, o que é contra a lei. E quando digo cobrar não é apenas financeiramente, mas para quem tem plano de saúde elas solicitam a carteira do plano de saúde para efetuar a cobrança da consulta de retorno, o que é um tremendo ABSURDO.
Em minha consulta o médico se mostrou completamente desinteressado pelo caso, fez um exame físico "as coxas" e sempre monossilábico acabou me dispensando e me pedindo outro eletrocardiograma sendo que havia feito um há poucos minutos. LASTIMÁVEL a conduta desse profissional quanto a ganhos e atendimento. Não volto mais.
 There is tremendous confusion with the doctor's schedule that schedules and reschedules appointments and returns all at the same time, generating huge lines, and considering that the office has few chairs, many patients sit on the floor in the hall's hallway. As if the negligence and the countless huge delays were not enough, the secretaries are still instructed to perform an electrocardiogram of patients before the consultation, (to save time or money from the health plans), and even more absurd: they are instructed to CHARGE FOR RETURN CONSULTATIONS, which is against the law. And when I say charging, it's not just financially, but for those who have health insurance, they ask for the health plan's portfolio to charge for the return appointment, which is tremendous nonsense.
In my appointment, the doctor was completely uninterested in the case, performed a physical examination "the thighs" and always monosyllabic ended up dismissing me and asking me for another electrocardiogram, since I had done one a few minutes ago. DISAPPOINTED the conduct of this professional in terms of earnings and service. I'm not coming back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento! As secretárias do local parecem que estão lá por obrigação, e não entendem de nada. Fui fazer um exame de mapa ao chegar na recepção, dei minha carteira do convênio e CI,a secretária deixou cair debaixo do balcão, e depois começou a discutir que eu não havia entregado os documentos. Depois me disse que não tinha aparelho de mapa disponível no momento. A consulta estava marcada a um mês, nada aconteceu e fiquei sem atendimento. Não indico.
Terrible attendance! local secretaries to look like they are there out of obligation, and do not understand anything. I went to do a map exam when I arrived at the reception, gave my ID and CI card, the secretary dropped it under the counter, and then started to argue that I hadn't delivered the documents. Then he told me that he didn't have a map device available at the moment. The consultation was scheduled a month, nothing happened and was unattended. I do not indicate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz vários exames na clínica central Med e fui muito bem acolhida por todos desde as recepcionistas até o médico que fez o duplex Scan (ultrassom das carótidas) Dr Gustavo Fidelis, cardiologista,gentil e tranquilo com o paciente,isso faz a diferença.
I did several exams at the central clinic Med and I was very well received by everyone from the receptionists to the doctor who did the Scan duplex (ultrasound of the carotids) Dr Gustavo Fidelis, cardiologist, kind and calm with the patient, it makes a difference.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima! O aparelho do Mapa deu erro na maioria das vezes. As atendentes não foram claras n explicação do funcionamento do exame. No Google fala um horário de funcionamento que NÃO É REAL. O lugar fecha lar almoço e isso não é informado em lugar nenhum, vim buscar meu resultado(porque pedi por email mas eles não enviam) e já estou a uma hora aguardando o lugar abrir.
Terrible! Map device failed most of the time. The attendants were not clear in explaining how the exam worked. Google says a hours of operation that is NOT REAL. The place closes at lunch and this is not reported anywhere, I came to get my result (because I asked for it by email but they don't send it) and I'm already an hour waiting for the place to open.

SO CHAMARAM ELA E FECHARAM A PORTA.
ENTÃO COLHAM A INFORMAÇÃO DIREITO. E A PACIENTE DISSE QUE O MEDICO GROSSEIRAMENTE SO PEDIU PARA A MESMA DEITAR NA POSIÇÃO E PROSSEGUIU COM O EXAME.

Mais de 1hora de atraso para realizar exame,sem estrutura para alocar os pacientes que estão esperando. Ninguém da satisfação de nada o porquê da demora. Falta de respeito total .

SEM CONTAR QUE O MÉDICO QUE FAZ SEU EXAME ELE NEM SE QUER PERGUNTA O MOTIVO QUE ESTAR FAZENDO O EXAME PARA PODE ENTENDER O CASO, NÃO MOSTRA INTERESSE NENHUM. PESSIMO LUGAR PÉSSIMO ATENDIMENTO. HUMANIZAÇÃO ZERO .

AT NO TIME I REFUSED TO ENTER THE ROOM WITH MY GRANDMA THIS IS A LIE

BAD CLINE
More than 1 hour late to perform the exam, no structure to allocate the patients who are waiting. No one is satisfied with anything because of the delay. Total lack of respect.
Patient with cough all together and mixed.
WITHOUT COUNTING THAT THE DOCTOR WHO DOES HIS EXAMINATION DOESN'T WANT TO ASK THE REASON THAT HE IS DOING THE EXAM TO UNDERSTAND THE CASE, HAS NO INTEREST. BAD PLACE BAD SERVICE. ZERO HUMANIZATION.
