★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo no dia 23/09/19 meu carro vazou a água e não chegou a ferver ai chamei o guincho do meu seguro e levei até esse caps achando q era uma oficina de confiança afinal a porto seguro q me indicou eles,para minha surpresa olhem bem o desenrolar desta história q vou compartilhar com vcs. Chegando lá eles me atenderam com muita gentileza e foram para o orçamento q até então era a troca de válvula e a borracha do arrefecimento q teria q ser trocada. Me passaram um orçamento no valor aproximado de Até 320,00 para fazer este concerto. Ai dei o ok para fazer o serviço e fui almoçar, ai eis q estou almoçando e recebo uma ligação da Luciana a atendente de lá me dizendo q teve um problema maior do q o esperado ai quando cheguei lá fui recebida pelo Carlos q foi ele q veio me dar a notícia de q o problema tinha afetado outras coisas ele me disse q o meu carro teria q ser feito o cabeçote me deram o valor aproximado de 1500,à 1700,00 .paguei pelo serviços deles afinal trocaram a válvula e a borracha q tinha estourado no valor 220,00 coloquei meu carro no guincho e troxe para meu mecânico em São Paulo. E para minha surpresa era o sensor de água e a injeção.e sabe quanto gastei com a peça e a mão de obra 180,00.É muito triste saber q um centro de atendimento da Porto seguro q vc foi indicada pela próprio seguro tem profissionais dessa falta de caráter ligada a eles afinal é a alficina q eles me indicaram como o melhor serviço da porto na região oferecido aos seus Segurados o mínimo q teria q ser feito era o descredenciamento destes desonestos de plantões

Then I gave the ok to do the service and went to lunch, here I am having lunch and I get a call from Luciana the attendant telling me that there was a bigger problem than expected there when I got there I was received by Carlos q was he who came give me the news that the problem had affected other things he told me that my car would have to be made the head gave me the approximate value of 1500 at 1700.00. I paid for their services after all changed the valve and the rubber that had burst In the amount of 220.00 I put my car in the winch and trolley for my mechanic in Sao Paulo. And to my surprise it was the water sensor and the injection. And you know how much I spent with the piece and the workforce 180.00. It is very sad to know that a Porto Seguro call center that you were referred by the insurance itself has professionals this lack of character attached to them is after all the hall that they pointed out to me as the best port service in the region offered to their policyholders the least that would have to be done was the disqualification of these rogue on duty

Talvez eu prefira não usar os serviços aqui novamente.
