Além de não cumprirem o orçamento realizado previamente, cobrando quase o dobre do que o orçado, ainda só realizam o serviço formatando o celular, ou seja, se eu quiser arrumar um celular lá tenho que abrir mão dos meus dados, mesmo não sendo este o problema do celular. Qualquer assistência paralela realizaria o conserto sem formatar meu aparelho. É no momento que o cliente precisa que você vê o nível da empresa. A Atendente, além de incompetente e mal educada, se recusou em devolver meu aparelho até que eu assinasse a guia. 16 anos utilizando produtos da marca e por um atendimento deplorável por conta desse centro não irei mais consumir nada da marca.

1- Acrescentaram memória RAM;
2- Deixaram o cabo interno da bateria desligado por engano, alegando que desligaram que é um procedimento para colocar a memória RAM;
3- Ao realizarem este serviço deixaram os apoios de borrachas inferiores (pezinhos de borracha) mal encaixados e perdi um deles. Queriam cobrar R$ 30,00 pelo par.
4- Mouse Pad foi desligado e alegaram que fui eu que desliguei pelo sistema interno.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive um bom atendimento pelo funcionário, mas não fiquei satisfeito com a explicação que me deram sobre o problema do aparelho celular.
A seis meses comprei um celular e ele desligou sozinho. Fui até a autorizada e lá eles me disseram que a placa estava oxidada sendo que o aparelho celular não teve contato nenhum com umidade, não uso ele no banheiro. Me disseram que pode ser que eu peguei o aparelho com a mão molhada ou foi o suor do meu corpo, sendo que o celular é fechado. Então eu não posso ter celular.
E ainda tive que pagar o conserto antes do serviço ser feito. Estou extremamente insatisfeito.

I went to the authorized one and there they told me that the plate was oxidized and the cell phone had no contact with moisture, I don't use it in the bathroom. They told me it could be that I picked up the device with a wet hand or it was the sweat on my body, and the cell phone is closed. So I can't have a cell phone.
And I even had to pay for the repair before the job was done. I am extremely dissatisfied.
