★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decepção: paguei por uma bateria nova e meu celular continua tendo que carregar 2 x ao dia,ou seja, não resolveram o problema e paguei por uma bateria nova que está pior que a antiga.
Aí fica a pergunta: como saber se a bateria foi realmente trocada?
Paguei RS 185,00 , aliás,doei esse valor.
Disappointment: I paid for a new battery and my cell phone still has to charge twice a day, that is, they did not solve the problem and I paid for a new battery that is worse than the old one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei a película para o s20+ da minha esposa, levei para a vendedora uma experiência negativa que ela teve com o seu antigo S10 relacionado a bolha e ela disse que a de vocês não haveria nenhum problema. Pois bem, coloquei a película e no dia seguinte estava lá o "impossível" acontecendo. Levei assim que tive um tempo, o vendedor apenas retirou as bolhas friccionando e mais uma vez dizendo que isso nunca havia acontecido. Passou mais um dia e lá estava o impossível acontecendo novamente, as bolhas de ar. Hoje levei, a 1 vendedora trocou, disse novamente estar surpresa. E agora, advinha o que já está aparecendo de novo? Bolha! Começa sempre do mesmo jeito e com o passar dos dias vai aumentando. Se o cliente está dizendo que já teve problema, ou o serviço tem que ser garantido, ou não venda se o produto não for efetivo. 140 reais mais 10 reais de estacionamento, mais gasolina toda semana fora o tempo que eu não tenho é muita falta de consideração com o cliente. Estou super insatisfeito com a displicência em não pensarem nisso antes de fazer a venda.

If the customer is saying that he already had a problem, either the service has to be guaranteed, or not to sell if the product is not effective. 140 reais plus 10 reais for parking, more gas every week outside the time I don't have is a lot of disregard for the customer. I am super dissatisfied with the carelessness in not thinking about it before making the sale.
