★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O passeio é muito bonito, muito lindo, masa organização é muito ruim. Os ônibus terminam seus horários no meio do caminho. O correto seria todos os ônibus fazer a rota toda, iniciar e terminar no mesmo lugar. Além disso o motorista do segundo ônibus que pegamos foi extremamente grosseiro com um turista estrangeiro ameaçando de chamar a polícia. Nos túneis passou em velocidade muito alta. Ficamos receosas e descemos no ponto seguinte.

Also the driver of the second bus we caught was extremely rude with a foreign tourist threatening to call the police. In the tunnels passed at very high speed. Retour de prêt de trois heures avec des arrêts incontournables. Cela vaut vraiment le coup en passant Ipanema Copacabana et tous les sites et autres endroits comme Botafogo et santa Thérèsa 75 réals pour 3h . pas cher .

Three hour loan return with essential stops. It is definitely worth passing by Ipanema Copacabana and all the sites and other places like Botafogo and Santa Thérèsa 75 reais for 3h. cheap .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't recommend! Tours with big delayed, tour guide very bad and not explaining the sightseeing! Our friends experienced the same , wait for about 40 min to be picked up! Dont respect the customers, run away from here!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I reserved this hop-on hop-off bus tour because since I have done it in several different cities I’ve visited, I thought it was going to be a convenient, good way to see the city of Rio. It was the complete opposite, totally disappointing. I waited for about 20-25 mins on the first stop along Ipanema beach, I figured maybe some traffic so didn’t pay too much attention to the delay even though long. After I hopped off the bus and was ready to hop on again, I waited for almost 1.5 hours!! There were police officers nearby and I confirmed with them on 3 different times that I was at the correct stop they told me yes so that’s why I continued to wait. I was at the correct stop and waited for an unacceptable amount of time. I was traveling alone and since it was starting to get late I didn’t feel comfortable waiting any longer in a part of the city that wasn’t familiar with and ended up having to get an Uber to get back to my hotel. Not only did I miss out on being able to see parts of the city that I was looking forward to but also the upsetting, terrible and disappointing experience this was. I wrote to the company emails and WhatsApp messages on SEVERAL occasions requesting a refund since I didn’t receive the service I paid for and didn’t even receive a reply to at least apologize for the horrible experience. Definitely recommend travelers to Rio to look for another tour company and other sightseeing experiences! Regret having picked this hop-on hop-off bus.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service. They really take care of you. We went on a day tour of Rio but the afternoon was stormy and going to the Christ would be useless (wouldn't see the Christ himself or the bays below). They split the tour for us to accommodate our short stay in Rio.
Highly recommended.
