Te enrolam dizendo que vão resolver seu problema mas só querem te vender planos com fidelidade. Só pq tenho cabelos brancos acharam que eu era boba. E o atendimento via chat e celular sao piores ainda! E OLHA QUE SOU Tim Beta! Plano caro! Contratam qq um sem conhecimento algum da função. Se estiver fora do manual nada sabem. Pra resolver meu problema ja apelei pra Ouvidoria onde parecem mais bem preparados. Mas o melhor mesmo é FUGIR DA TIM. FUJAM! Só tem nome! Pra piorar a Oi ddd 21 vai virar TIM. O mesmo problema que tive com a Tim tive com o Oi. Com a Oi que dizem ser ruim eu resolvi com tres cliques no celular. Com a Tim vai completar um mes. FUJAM DA TIM! E se forem à loja do Top Shopping vao perder a viagem ou sair com um plano novo e com fidelidade. FUJAM DA TIM!
Tim stores only sell plans and accessories. The attendants don't solve and have no knowledge of ANYTHING. They trick you saying they will solve your problem but they just want to sell you plans with fidelity. Just because I have white hair they thought I was silly. And the service via chat and cell phone is even worse! AND LOOK I'M Tim Beta! Expensive plan! They hire anyone without any knowledge of the function. If it's out of the manual they don't know anything. To solve my problem, I have already appealed to the Ombudsman where they seem to be better prepared. But the best thing is to ESCAPE FROM TIM. RUN! It only has a name! To make matters worse, Oi ddd 21 will become TIM. The same problem I had with Tim I had with Oi. With Oi, which they say was bad, I solved it with three clicks on the cell phone. With Tim will complete a month. ESCAPE TIM! And if you go to the Top Shopping store, you will miss the trip or leave with a new and faithful plan. ESCAPE TIM!
