Muito péssimo atendimento. Atendem muito mal idosos que vão lá para tirar dúvidas. Um atendente mais de idade atenderam eles com muito pouco causo , e até mandou eles mudarem de operadora. Se está cansado de trabalhar pedi as contas. O cliente não tem culpa da sua falta de vontade pra trabalhar...

Os atendentes são ótimos, mas o sistema é muito lento. Quase duas horas num atendimento que poderia ser resolvido em um terço do tempo e agilizaria a fila de espera. Pra quem trabalha com tecnologia isso é uma vergonha. E ainda constrange os funcionários.
The attendants are great, but the system is very slow. Almost two hours in a service that could be resolved in a third of the time and would speed up the queue. For those who work with technology this is a shame. And it still embarrasses the employees.

Hoje por volta das 13 hora Meus avós foram humilhados por um funcionário da claro aí nesta loja da claro no shopping, eles foram ver oq poderia estar fazendo para poder usar a linha, mandaram eles trocarem de operedadora, e falou se colocasse crédito iria igual água, nem Ativa uma promoção ele quis ativar .onde já se viu atendendo de uma operadora falar isso pra um cliente principalmente idosos que nem sabe como mecher com celular.
